Highly professional, detailed, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. Ridge Valley staff, especially Karl Sheen and Nancy Thompson, made the job of replacing my entire roof easy and hassle free. They handled the insurance company expertly. The construction team was on time, they cleaned up afterwards, and the results are gorgeous! One small note: how many other roofing companies would start the job with a nice bottle of wine and a thank you note left on your doorstep?!

Making those initial calls to a few roofing companies was somewhat scary. We had 4 appointments set and only 2 even showed up. One guy came and gave us a hand written quote without even getting up on the roof. Sean came on time, did a full inspection, and came back a couple days later to go over everything with us. Our roof was put on 3 week later and everything went according to plan! Sean was here in Naples for the installation and made sure everything was cleaned up when the crew was done.
We are 100% happy and would recommend Ridge Valley and Sean to anyone in need of a new roof!

We had our roof replaced a little over a year ago by Ridge Valley Exteriors. After having several rains this past winter our sun tube caps were leaking. We called Ridge Valley and asked if we could have someone take a look at them. Stephen, who we recognized as one of the associates who had worked on our roof said he would take care of the problem. We purchased two collars and he came out and reinstalled the caps. We received a professional, prioritized response, and a quick and sound resolution to previous less than perfect roof replacement. Know your company!! Even if insurance is paying for your new roof, as in the previous home owner, make sure you know the work you are getting is top notch. Ridge valley resolved a small area of poor workmanship from a previous roof replacement giving us sound confidence in our roof. Great Experience, Robert initiated the initial call and dealt with my insurance company to help get the best claim I could. The installation department kept me posted every step of the way, with daily phone calls and pictures of the progress. After the permits were submitted I was automatically connected to the city portal for inspections. And was notified when every inspection was scheduled and passed. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

Bobby came out and inspected a leaking sound I had. He crawled up in the attic and was able to figure out it was coming in the vents during hard rains. Ridge Valley Exteriors did my metal roof. The workers showed up each day and completed the roof within 1 week. Quick, efficient and cleaned up the debris daily throughout the job. Very professional and reliable. Highly recommend.

We chose to go with the metal roof and it looks great. It has a 200 mph wind warranty which we hope is never tested! This type of roof is expensive though. The timespan from start to finish was pretty good and, as we always prefer to stay local, having the RidgeValley office on Marco was a big plus for communication. Gigi, in client care was easily reachable and always responsive. Overall we are very happy we went with RidgeValley.

I never had to call for updates. Courtney is fabulous and great at her job. Everyone is pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Nancy Thompson was excellent to work with financially.

I had a great experience with Ridge Valley Exteriors. A very professional company that sends a detail estimate, updates you on work progress, and kept me informed throughout my roof replacement. Best of all no gimmicks, incredible pricing, and they use trusted products Owen Corning Duration /Atlas Pinnacle. It started with Logan the estimator. He's very responsive and actually went up the roof and underneath it to inspect it. From the timeline to pricing he was spot on. Stephen/Courtney are the project managers and kept me informed. Will, the site manager, is extremely helpful and send me videos on my roof progress. He made sure the inspection passed with no issues. His hard working crew came in early in the morning and didn't leave until the job was done. He went above and beyond when I asked him for help outside his scope of duties. And lastly Gina, from the billing department, made sure changes and payments went through smoothly. Thank you!

First time I called Ridgevalley Bobby came out within 15 minutes of me calling and he got up on the roof to give me an estimate and I had the estimate within 30 minutes of him leaving.
