Santa Fe Family Life Center A Sports & Fitness Complex

My son had a basketball game at this location and my step daughter’s girls basketball team played here. It was nice.

SSFLC is a wonderful facility and organization that is so much more than just a community gym. As a wheelchair user, adaptive sports & fitness athlete, and a veteran, they have provided me with so much support and opportunity to improve myself both as an athlete and as a person. The fitness rooms have adaptive equipment that you just won’t find in most gyms and the staff are available & happy to show you how to use all of it. The atmosphere is vibrant and friendly, and your fellow gym rats are always willing to step in & spot you, share workout tips & tricks, or just have a friendly chat.

They also partner with the OKC VA to offer adaptive sports clinics to disabled veterans which help build confidence, allow socialization, and manage chronic pain and PTSD. But that’s not all. There are also adaptive sports clinics for the community at large, a weekly wheelchair-based group workout called Push Club, and their new monthly Wheelie Club to introduce kids to adaptive sports. All of these are free and open to disabled & able-bodied people alike (they have sports chairs you can borrow), and I was honored to be asked & allowed to volunteer to help coach the kids and lead the Push Club workouts for the month of April 2023.

All of the above is just the tip of the iceberg. SSFLC offers more than I could list here, but their commitment to being the premiere destination for adult and youth adaptive sports & fitness in central Oklahoma is a major part of their overall mission. I would strongly encourage anyone with a disability or physical/cognitive limitation, and parents/family of someone with a disability or limitation, to come & see what SSFLC has to offer. The opportunities to be active and social can be life changing!

They held a Halloween Carnival event. I thought it was well put together, the atmosphere was great and my girls had a wonderful time. We appreciate all that helped put this together so the kids could have a safe space to party in!!

Awesome space to enjoy basketball games and family life. Atmosphere is friendly and laid back. Everyone seems happy who works here.

SFFLC provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities and disadvantaged youth to participate in sports and fitness activities.

They offer classes that are accessible for all, provide workout equipment for wheelchair users, they have sport wheelchairs for activities like basketball, and so many different opportunities for those with disabilities.

Their knowledge, education, and willingness to continue bettering says SO much for a facility.

Great athletic club in north OKC. I play pickle ball here regularly. They have nice basketball courts and a great pool too. It’s not overly crowded and while it’s an older facility, they e done a nice job keeping it up. Membership definitely saves you money if your playing pickle ball regularly.

Wow this facility is for everyone. Paddle ball, Tennis, Pickle Ball and wheel chair basketball. Swimming pool and much more. #veteranfriendly #something #foreveryone 🇺🇸🌞

My 14 year old joined their Kendo class. Very welcoming. The instructor was very energetic, you could tell he loves his job.

Fantastic basketball facilities that has been hosting the elementary league which our son participates. Courts are clean, well kept, bleachers are provided, and the bathrooms are clean. They also have a full service snack bar. If we lived closer we would certainly inquire about membership.

I’ve been playing morning pickup basketball since 2015. Great staff and great people to play bball with. Hope to have my jersey retired here.

This is an awesome facility as a starting point; and then the staff takes it up another level. They could not be more eager to make this place a great experience for all their customers - and they succeed. As president of our pickleball club, I've had the great experience of working closely with the staff. They ALWAYS work to make adjustments to enhance our members' experience while always respecting the needs of other groups. Their team is A+.

Great staff, always helpful if you need anything. Wife and I have been coming here 3 years now and it's nice to see the new updates like the members parking and upgraded equipment in the work out rooms. I like that it doesn't get too busy like other gyms and membership and family plans are hard to beat.

I have been a member for 5 yrs. The management is great and always listens to suggestions! They have an awesome new Les Mills Virtual workout opportunity along with several new cardio machines and music. I have had a personal trainer for almost 2 yrs now. They are reasonably priced and very accommodating to your fitness level and needs! I love that there are many ages represented and I have never felt inferior or intimated to do my workouts. They New Year fitness challenge has really kept me motivated and inspired to continue on this health journey!

SFFLC is a very family friendly facility. Staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It offers many different options for every fitness level.

They are making some great improvements to the facility! Adding an elevator, updating the bathroom's. Things are looking great!

Santa Fe Family Life Center has so much to offer and great membership prices! The staff is friendly, and the weight equipment and group exercise classes are perfect for a good workout. That plus the opportunity to play multiple sports make this facility worth the membership! I would highly recommend SFFLC!

Annamae, the front desk employee is the nicest person! She greets you with a smile everyday.

Santa Fe Life Center is a great place to without and play. It's an incredible facility with basketball for kids, for adults and wheel chair basketball. They have a great weight room,
treadmills and exercise bicycles,
racquetball courts, organized workout classes, a nice area for meetings and get togethers. They also have organized Pickleball with 11 courts available for all levels. The employees are very friendly but also professional and full of important information. It's a great place for the young and the old.

I have been coming to Santa Fe for tennis in the past and now for Pickleball and I have nothing but great things to say about their awesome facility, their staff and fitness equipment. I love their virtual yoga, body flow and more classes. If you haven’t experienced Santa Fe Family Life Center you are missing out. They also offer basketball, volleyball, swimming, squash courts and much more. I’m happy to be part of the Santa Fe Family. 💕Vivianna
