Cox's Country Buffet

I sooo love this diner. The staff was extremely sweet and the food, oh man tasted like my granny was in the kitchen cooking. We are on our way back as we speak. Please go enjoy the southern hospitality at its finest. Oh yeah if the little boy is there ask him what his mom does. 🤣🤣🤣

This has got to be the best restaurant I've been to since I've been over the road! Everything I come here they have a different variety of food and they never disappoint! The workers are always friendly and the place is always clean! Will stop here everytime I come through!!! They also have free truck parking........

Stopped here while driving OTR and was very satisfied with the customer service of the staff. The place is very clean and has Great options and amazing food. Also try the chicken breast chunks, the cook there is Awesome! Thank you Cox me and my husband will be returning when we are in town again. Way better choice of food unlike the Truck stops usual unhealthy fast food subway. ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET AT A VERY GOOD PRICE OF 9.99. I would give a 10 star if I had the option.

Buffet was amazing! Good home cooked southern cooking! Great price for buffet! These people know how to cook some chicken! Definitely on my favorites list with truck parking!

I had the buffet, price was really good! Service was awesome, the ladies there do everything they can to help! Thank you, next time I'm coming back by here, I'll definitely try and stop and grab a bite to eat if I can!!!

Met the owner, Sharon, and was absolutely amazed by how refreshing this restaurant is. She proudly serves great food and good conversation while making sure you get what you pay for!! The fried chicken was beyond awesome and the sides were great!! Definitely suggest making this a stop on your trip along I40..

One of my favorite family restaurants when I'm traveling I-40.

There's plenty of parking at the Loves across the street, and about 10 sports for big trucks and RV's at the restaurant.

Ordering is pay first, then sit and there is also a buffet available.

I usually get the buffet and find this is more than satisfactory. The menu is American-Southern oriented and quite fairly priced!

The tables and seating fits neatly in cafeteria / open restaurant format, not Denny's, but more like a 60's - 70's cafe.

It's clean, friendly and the staff are helpful and positive.

And.... the restrooms are large, clean and orderly. I actually despise places with poor restroom care and no comfort, these are organized well, and roomy enough for wheelchair patrons. Hope that's helpful! :-)

At a quick glance after fueling up, my husband saw this eating establishment. I am always game to try mom and pop locations and trust me folks, this did not disappoint! They had a wonderful buffet for a very reasonable price. The place was clean and family oriented as the photos and memorabillia on the walls depicted. The owner was once a fire fighter and my husband and him clicked right away. Thank you sir for being that First Responder and now a great cook. Many blessings to all for the New Year. Truck drivers, be sure to add to your stops!

Really good buffet, extremely nice and friendly staff. Restaurant was immaculate, very clean Locals tell me they drive for miles for the fried chicken, so it must be good. There is some truck parking, and there's a Love's across the street.

My wife and I always make a point to stop by this buffet restaurant when we are passing through Oklahoma. The decor is country style and the food is great! We always go for the buffet; please make note that on Fridays, they serve catfish.
We tried the fried chicken, baked chicken, and fried chicken liver with various sides.
Excellent value and good quality food!

Just as EXCELLENT as I remember it to be. Great food and friendly owners that ALLOW us to park. I always support this place as long as it's open when I get by. I greatly appreciate business' like this!!

Buffet lunch was great. Plenty of fried and roasted chicken. Fried gizzards and livers also. Everything was fresh and delicious. Numerous sides and desserts with ice cream to top it off.

We travel from Dallas to Eureka Springs and Cox’s is a great stop to eat a down home cooked meal. The buffet is great!

This is about as close you can get too a home cooked meal

SO GOOD! Try EVERYTHING!!! You won't regret it! The quality of this food has compromised my eternal soul. It was so good that at least 4 times during my first visit, I closed my eyes and took the Lord's name in vain.... yes, the chicken is THAT GOOD!

Good food and super friendly service. Great price . Stopped in after working on scale across the road. Was greeted by the man who I assume owns the place. Good people. Don’t leave without having the apple cobbler. It was fantastic. Asked for a small container to go.

DRIVERS: Truck parking on the left hand side of building. Also worth the walk across the street. 11$ for a homecooked all you can eat buffet that includes fried chicken, grilled chicken, Slaw, Okra, beans and Peach cobbler! Why would you eat burger king for the millionth time?

Family run and owned. Staff is amazing and so is the food. This is my have to stop place when I come through the I40 corridor. You will not leave with an empty belly.

Ive been coming here for atleast a year and Cox's still has that same great homecooked quality! Looking forward to my next visit.

Food was very good! I strongly recomend this place.
Good people, good atmosphere.
There is a "but" however.
I have a sensitive stomach and it didnt do so well with the food.
Although they do have options that a sensitive stomach can handle that I didnt get.
