They were able to get the dead beat tenant out without having me to pay to move them with expensive movers and storage. These are the best constables in Boston to work with your tenants that are not paying you your rent. No nonsense from these folks. They also have relationships with constables outside of Boston proper as well as with moving companies that can move your tenant's belongings out of your property and into storage facilities. They know the legal rules and can advise on the situation. Very professional yet down to earth and easy to talk to about your issues with the tenant. Follow their advice and you will be successful.

I went to their office and it happened to be closed for repairs. There was a note to call and leave a message. I called the number and a young lady returned my call in less than 1min. She came right out and helped me. A+ service. Very professional. Very convenient. I will use their services in the future should I ever need constable services again.

Just called to ask a question and the lady that answered told me that she couldn't help me which is fine but seemed very annoyed and basically hung up on me when I told her my fees had been waived by the court because I couldn't afford them on the paperwork I need to have served. So because they weren't going to get cash up front they paid me no mind. She's like your going to have to call the sheriff and before I could get a word out just hung up the phone. I never have ever wrote a bad review on anyone but that lady was damn rude. Sorry but this is a hard experience for me having my ex served and I don't no who to ask to serve him I'm just calling different places i don't no your policies. Get your customer service in order. So rude.
