Staff are nice and friendly. I've done takeout for breakfast and dine-in for lunch.
Breakfast: To start get a scone they have a variety of flavors. If you get a bagel try the bacon scallion cream cheese. They also have a variety of choices on how you want your coffee.
I've ordered a breakfast sandwiches, everything bagel with Irish sausage egg and bacon scallion cream cheese it was delicious.
Lunch: I've gotten the corn beef and cabbage Reuben and also a Mediterranean wrap (add grilled chicken.) Both were so good and they came with a handful of chips.

I love the variety of baked goodies and sandwiches they offer. The staff is always so cheerful. They are very helpful in explaining the different flavors offered that day, as they do change based on what Linda wants to make that day. You can also purchase packaged items, many that come directly from Ireland. There's even a small seating area where you can sit and sip your drink before heading out for the day.

Linda must have the biggest heart on the South Shore! You can see it in the decor and various charitable organizations she is always raising money for.

Great spot for coffee, delish breakfast sandwich. Tons of lunch options too, look forward to checking those out!

Wow. Here for a Boston Children’s appointment and looking for breakfast with my daughter beforehand. Everyone is so nice here. Local hangout and very welcoming. Hands down best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had - suspecting it’s the Irish sausage!

Staff is always in a great mood. They prepare my expresso latte just the way I like it. Their pastries are all good. Yesterday, I had banana chocolate chips, scones, delicious

Good food, great atmosphere, very kind and friendly staff. The dining room area is also perfect for those of us working remote and need a spot to hang for a bit durning lunch to take a call or respond to a few emails.

This little spot was delicious! The staff is just amazing. Our first time there and we went in close to closing time. They didn't care. They were extremely helpful and very patient as I let my kids make their own orders. The food was so good. We will definitely be going back again.

I called Ma Reilley's this morning in need of a platter of wraps TODAY and they came through for me with flying colors!! They were so kind & courteous & the platter was done in less than 2 hours! Thank you so much for coming through for me in a pinch!

This cafe is so sweet… everyone that worked there was lovely, and the woman that waited on me was such a kind, beautiful person, and the medicine she made me was just as lovely. The food was amazing and I appreciated they offered vegan options and were very mindful in gently using paper wrappings. Beautiful community service.

The staff here is amazing and super friendly! The breakfast sandwiches are always delicious along with the Kate Mac specials! I recommend this place to everyone!!!!!

Excellent menu for breakfast and lunch. Loads of fresh baked products. Friendly, helpful staff. All customers smiling. Nice outdoor seating as well as indoor dining spot. Parking area accross the street which is excellent as ob street gets crowded. Highly recommend.

Ma Reilly’s is always a delight. I love the variety in pastries and baked goods, and the local atmosphere is always wonderful. We’ve gotten both breakfast and lunch to go, and have enjoyed our meals!

I was there this morning .I was really inpressed by the warm cosy atmosphere of the cafe, I had lunch which was delicious and I got Irish bread and muffins is to go! Definitely worth the trip . I met Linda the owner and head bottle-washer of Ma Reilly's. Very friendly lady . Fresh food, great coffee, super friendly service. We are traveling here from out of state, five women looking for an independently owned local restaurant for breakfast. So glad to find this place! While were eating, the new owner came over and introduced herself. We love Ireland and she is from Dublin - might be changing the name to Ma O'Reily's!

Excellent service and food! Adorable place with delicious donuts to die for. You can't beat the prices, they should really increase their pricing on all items with this type of quality and service. Try the coffee cake donut, worth every calorie.

This place is crazy good! The sandwiches are amazingly fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful with your menu choices. Great place for breakfast or lunch. If you like soup, the soups are loaded with taste and fresh vegetables.

Ma,your Irish Bread was very good. I have to say it didn’t remind me of my Mother’s Irish Bread, it was more like my Aunt Katie’s Bread.Which to me was always special.
I will be stopping by for more bread
