Highly recommend this moving company. Movers were organized and handled things effectively. They were careful while moving large furnitures and had everything needed for wrapping and protection. You could tell they were professional by seeing the equipment they had for moving. While arrived at the new place, they listened to your instructions by putting stuff wherever you needed. We were so worried about the queen size bed frame since it is so heavy with six drawers. But the team handled it really well. Overall, great experience and effective communications. Highly recommend!

Also the moving men are really responsive, and efficiently. Just don’t forget to reserve the elevator first! Especially during the peak move-out dates. It will help save more time! I moved to my new place on February 1st with MoveNets. I placed an order for their service on the mobile app after I compared the quotes from several local moving companies. I got the best quote from them and I got totally impressed by the service they provided. The whole service was very professional. They arrived at my old address very on time. They were very careful on the walls and the elevator. They did not try to rush everything and get the job done, instead, they provided the service with care in mind. All of my furnitures were protected very well during the move and I haven't noticed a single scratch on my dining table or the coffee table after the move. I highly recommend their business.

The coordinator is super responsive. I texted the support line at 11:00 PM and I received immediate support. Mr. Liu was very respectful. He first asked permission to call me. He then explained all the details to me on the phone. He was very open, very clear with no hidden information/fee. I followed up on my reservation with him a few times and he was always very nice and a pleasure to speak with! The best part of all of these is that they don't charge the time it takes for the movers to travel from their office and back to their office. The time starts only when they reach your house. This is the way the business should have been done.
