Sammy's One Stop Market

A week ago, in the rain, I walked 3 mins over to this station. I was in need and it was an urgent matter. The lady there is a true angel. I feel welcome and she is very helpful. The food was good. My purchases were of value and worth the price. My experience left me smiling all the way back home.

I stopped in one morning around 5:30 a.m. to get some Gatorade and ice while working away from home. I got what I came for along with a great bacon and egg biscuit. I came back for lunch to get the fried catfish and hushpuppies. The hushpuppies were amazing. Probably the best I have ever eaten. The catfish was equally great. Thick filets with a light breading that were seasoned perfectly. The cook was very friendly and you could tell that she took pride in her food. I will be back to try the other delights that they offer. A++++

Out of the 3 gas stations in town Gainesboro Sammy’s has the best food, their catfish is the absolute best I’ve ever eaten anywhere, the friendliest employees, with a clean and comfortable environment inside and outside. I wish they would take coupons, especially for tobacco products, but their $0.99 fountain drinks makes up for it. Thank you to the wonderful employees and management that make Sammy’s

I come to Gainsboro several times a month, and always stop at Sammy’s One Stop! It’s close to my destination, it’s very convenient to get my non ethanol gas there! The staff is very friendly and the food is top notch!!!

Best catfish you will pick up at any gas station either side of the Mississippi...

They have what you need when you need it. They have decent food I have fishing worms and all the convenience store items that you would need.
