Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!!! I had to drive an 1;30hrs from my home to pick this generator up and when I got there the staff was very helpful. They actually help me load it into the bed of my truck

We just went into Harbor freight tools in Covington Tennessee. Not really sure what we wanted to purchase but the store manager, Rose, helped us. She was able to clearly talk us through the product and a credit card to be able to purchase the product. We are extremely pleased with the service. Went in the store to purchase tools for my son who is attending TCAT in Covington. The help received from Sunny and her manager (sorry forgot her name) was outstanding. The advice was even better as I set up membership and saved big on a very important first purchase and will now save for everything I purchase for my sons future and future career. Thank you so much guys!!!!!

Had what I needed and at a fair price. Lordy they have enough staffing to help you and you will not leave with what ya need. Added a 42 inch LED light bar to my ZD1211 so I can mow past dark or hell may even hunt critters now with 2,811 feet of landing lights!! Glad I am on 45 acres so the neighbors won't mind.

I came into Harbor Freight for the first time ever on 06/26/2023.

I wanted to give a shout out to Heather helping me. I came in looking for a specific paint sprayer. The one I was looking for was not on the shelf. Heather radioed to the back and was able to find one for me. The paint sprayer I wanted also had a $20 coupon off online. Heather helped me find it (I knew it was on sale but had no idea where to find the coupon at). Thanks Heather!

I just recently bought a home for the first time in my life and this has been one of my go to stores for a quick in and out experience. Always seem to have what I need or at least know which store to point me towards if they don't have something I'm looking for that day. Thank you so much to the team!!

Stopped in for a generator while the weekend 15% off coupon for inside track members was active. They had trouble finding my membership so the manager opened another line to wait on the other customers and spent 10 minutes working on my problem which she did resolve. Probably the best Harbor Freight I've been in and I've been going there since I got out of the service in the 80's. Thank you Covington, I appreciate it.

This store was great! First time at any Harbor Freight. Bought my first power tool. On sale too! A really good drill gun with battery and charger included for only $29. What a bargain! Many great products and prices.

I go in with any kind of money, I leave with nothing, but some awesome tools and gadgets!!

We went to the Harbor Freight in Covington because they were the only ones that had the greenhouse we were looking for in stock. I'm glad we made the very long drive. The service was great. The employees were so helpful with getting everything we needed and helping us creatively load stuff into my car.

So much to look at and you can find what you're looking for! Price's are fair and staff is friendly and store is clean! So that right there boosts my liking to it and besides that I love tools 💯
