Fast Pace Health Urgent Care - Oakland, TN

My daughter got sick while traveling for fall break. We were able to get her in and out in about 30 minutes after a few quick tests. From the time we checked in at Fast Pace to when we were able to pick up her prescription from the pharmacy was at most 2 hours. The entire staff was so kind and the two women we saw were very thorough. I should mention that we arrived about 45 minutes before closing time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I've been twice and it was awesome Both times! The wait wasn't long and I wasn't rushed. Everyone is so nice and professional. I love it there!! Definitely will return!!

First time experience was wonderful. I've heard nothing but good things about this clinic over time. It was super easy to get a quick appointment. The front desk clerl was super nice. All of the medical staff were sweet and extremely caring. I will definitely use their business again and I highly recommend them.

I have been visiting this location for a couple of years now, and they have always done a fantastic job taking care of my whole family. Every last individual in their staff is competent and excellent at their jobs. They’re all knowledgeable and caring people who strive to provide the best service to everyone that comes in.

I registered my appointment at 4 am. Quick checking in and the nurse and doc were fabulous and very friendly! It is so nice to have quick access to care!

The key is making an appointment, for sure. It made the wait a lot less, unlike other places.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The facility was very neat and clean. The staff was very professional, yet friendly. My visit was handled in an efficient and speedy manner. My insurance was accepted here. This particular facility was only 2 miles or less from my home. So much easier to access and quicker than trying to get into my PCP. I would happily return here, if needed again. My prescribed treatment regimen seems to be curing my ailment. Thanks Fast Pace.

I have been to Fast Pace multiple times due to not being able to get in to see my own doctor. Everyone here is so friendly, polite, helpful and AWESOME! Truly nice in every way. They always take the time to ask questions and answer them. They make sure that you are comfortable and know exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it, whether it be Covid, a burn, or illness. I highly recommend them for getting the help you need and getting it quickly.

The staff was friendly. They took very good care of us. This is a fast and friendly place to go for a minor health issue.

The provider and nurse I saw during the weekend for my daughter was nice and I really do recommend that place. I will come next time if I need that!!

The wait time was good and reasonable. All of the staff I was in contact with were kind and efficient. I especially appreciated the Dr. who saw me, she was attentive and took time to listen. She was compassionate, kind and understanding. I use holistic remedies primarily and she was positive about that as well and did not down those options. She assessed my condition and followed with conservative meds and recommendations. I had a very positive experience. I have not gone to a Dr. In a long time because of “feeling rushed, like all they wanted was my money, and being chided because of choosing home remedies”. I was very pleased with the Dr. and staff at the Fast Pace location in Oakland,TN and I will definitely be going there in the future if I or my family has a need.

The wait was longer than expected with a saved spot online, but they are very short staffed and need some extra help at this location so they can better care for their patients & cut down on wait time. I had a great experience and the staff was very friendly, professional and helpful! I have always had good care at this location with my 2 kids and myself. I recommend this place to anyone that lives in Oakland and needs urgent care.
