I'm not sure if I am spelling this womans name correctly but Coletta is rude and needs to work somewhere that she she doesn't have to communicate with the public. Problem solving is not a strong suit for her and neither is friendliness.

Absolutely worthless. They received my order and then sent it to Kentucky instead of delivering it to me. Then It went back to where it came from in Indiana causing my package I needed for my business to be two days late.
