Just go to the Cookeville health department. These people don't want to help you and they don't want you there. I asked them if they can get me in for asthma issues, I missed an appointment so the front desk lady threatened that if I miss another I won't be able to come in anymore. (Don't want to anyway.) and I asked them if I can go to them if I'm having an asthma attack and they said, "We aren't a walkin clinic, you have to go to the emergency room." That's 30 mins away and Gainesboro doesn't have a hospital. This is the closest thing. For the record, I missed it because it was my birthday that day and I didn't realize I scheduled it then. On top of that, I really felt like the two people I talked to were really callous and didn't care for the health and safety of others. Which is the last kind of people I want providing me any form of healthcare anyway. I can see multiple reviews where they are told to "Go to the Emergency Room." Its very clear that either the same callous person works there for a long time or they train people to tell them that they don't want to help them. Especially if it's to save someones life. Honestly this place shouldn't even be here in my opinion if its run by people who don't care for others health and safety. Its called a "Health Department" for a reason. A burger flipper has shown greater pride in what they do.

Can never get an appointment. Their answer for everything..."Go to the Emergency Room". Guess if we had the money for a ER visit, that is where we would go. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't bother calling if you need help.
