Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

So much enjoyed eating there. The service was excellent and the sandwich was great. The only fault was it was a bit pricey.

I have placed online orders a few times at this location and the food always turns out good, no issues.

Staff always helpful and friendly.

Showed up one Saturday evening 2 mins before closing because my family and I literally had zero food to prepare for dinner as we were in the middle of moving the staff still greeted me with a smile, took my order, and was more polite than I have ever been treated at most fast food restaurants. If I could give them 10 stars for kindness and professionalism I would. The food was fresh and hot. Great staff and experience overall.

Very clean! Everyone was nice! The restaurant was clean! Food was delicious!

I want to say Good Job with the new leadership at this location. Placed my order and when I say the new Manager made sure food came quick and was fresh. Great new hire and kudos to the male manager also. Upper management good call on the new hires.

The store has done a complete 360 under her supervision.

I gave a 3 on atmosphere just because I've never actually been inside and sat down always go through the drive-thru but the food is great the people are friendly and usually are really fast, one of the best fast food places in Covington in my opinion. No doubt about it little pricey but well worth it

Zaxbys is always a hit with my family and this location did not disappoint. Clean, wonderfully decorated and friendly staff.

BEST ZAXBYS EVER, has the best employees.... Light brown girl by the name tylor if not mistaken she was so sweet saw her at window on order board she was amazing yesterday and gave great customer service. my food was absolutely amazing will be visiting again.

It’s usually mid but whoever was cooking today around 11-12 needs a raise
