I have had an amazing experience with Action Medicine! I have seem Dr. Tremblay, Kelly & Jennifer and all have been so attentive and helpful! They are always reachable and always make time for me and I appreciate that so much. Referrals are made super quick and they follow up to make sure the process moves along quickly. I recommend this office to everyone I know!

Highly recommend! Action Medicine basically saved my life 3 years ago when I was going through a very bad situation with my health. They actually listened to me and I felt I was being heard and I felt I was a part of my treatment plan. From the first phone call to the office Max was so nice and accommodating. When I was there my appointment was not rushed at all and I left feeling better knowing I was going to get help. Most recently I went for a physical with the new PA there Jennifer and she was awesome! She made me feel so comfortable. I have had terrible experiences with previous doctors that I get slightly nervous going to even routine doctors appointments but not here. The ease of being able to text your doctor and get appointments within a day is awesome. Thank you Action Medicine for getting me back to myself!

Action has been one of the best finds for my health. Doctors and staff that care about what I'm going through, actual listening to my concerns and issues, and the home visits allowed me to have quality care while homebound. Everyone I've worked with has my best interests in mind, adjust medications based on my reactions to them, and check in regularly to make sure that I'm doing well. Adding Action Medicine and Dr. Tremblay's team has been the best decision I've made for my care.

Very friendly Staff! My daughter and I went to Action Medicine to get our medical exams for immigration done and they were awesome, they went far and beyond to cater to us, answered our questions, and everybody from Max (Administrator at Action Medicine - patiently taking my calls and responding to my texts, making sure we needed water or chocolate 😀 Ms. Aisha -Amazing ( such a caring human) she made sure that our paperwork was perfect! Ms. Kelly - Awesome! She is the reason I chose Action Medicine, to Dr. Tremblay who is very busy and over saw everything. This is the best clinic/hospital I ever went to since I came to the US. They are genuinely nice and also very professional in answering your questions, listening and clearly informing you about what they are doing.

I had my immigration exam done with Action Medicine and it was a fantastic experience. They went above and beyond to help me! I highly recommend them for immigration as well as any other services! Thank you Max, Jennifer, and Kelly!

Update (Feb 2024):

After visiting in this great and very warm place almost a year ago, I needed to get my daughter's Medical form again as it was lost.

A day after I got the RFE to send this form again and was concerned about many things because of that, I called Action Medicine and after less than 2 minutes, Max calmed me and explained to me the process and their amazing attitude for such case (I-693 was lost), since then I was much more assured that this process will go smoothly and easily and indeed today, almost a week after my first contact and with the great help and attitude of Dr. Jennifer I got everything and mailed it again to USCIS :)

I did my immigration medical exam here. The nurse who handled everything was very nice and helpful. She went through everything with me and made the whole experience easy. Also, one of the very few places where they use your insurance for such an exam. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

The entire staff from Max to my family nurse practitioner Marisa were very helpful, kind and professional which is something we all are looking when we want to get our medical exam properly done. It's very hard today to find doctors taking the time to check everything on you and they definitely cover all this. Also, I was told that the results would be ready in even days which it was exactly that period of time until I got them back. Thanks Action Medicine!

Had a very good experience here. Max called and helped me setup the appointment and most importantly he accommodated me for Friday when he called on Wednesday. Appointments are very easily available.

The facility is very clean everything new and updated.

I had 3 in my family who needed I 693 so Brooke and Maria both worked in parallel to speed up the process. Both explained us the process and hand held us every step. We were in and out in about an hour. Brooke gave us a list of proof she needs and responded every time I submitted or had a question.

In just 3 days my report was ready and sealed. When I went to pick it up, Brooke explained every single question every single page (3 times, for me , my wife and my son) without hesitation and without veins.

I am very happy to visit them and highly recommend them. They are the best in the business. I visited them based on my friends circle recommendation.

This is by far the best medical group I have ever dealt with. If you’re looking for medical freedom and people who truly care about your well being then this is definitely the right place. Dr. Tremblay and Dr. Brook are fantastic!!! They both make me feel as if I am their only patient and take their time to make sure that I get the best care possible. At the front desk Max always greets me kindly and makes me feel welcome. They have always accommodated me as far as my work schedule and my appointments go. If anyone is looking for a primary care doctor and wants the best care available, then look no further than Action Medicine!!! I have been going here since I was a young child and couldn't possibly see myself going anywhere else than here.

Dr. Michael Tremblay is a great doctor! My whole family and I have been patients at his practice for many years, and I wouldn’t ever think of going elsewhere. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. All of the staff is great, they are easy to get in touch with, helpful, patient and always friendly. I would recommend Dr. Tremblay and the whole staff at Action Medicine to any family member or friend.

I am so happy with my experience at Action Medicine. The physicians are so caring and attentive. They always follow up after appointments to make sure I am understanding my treatment plan and able to follow it comfortably. Whenever I have a concern they listen instead of brushing it off. Overall, I am very happy with them as my primary care and wold recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Tremblay is an amazing doctor. This is the first time we’ve been to a doctor who takes the time to really talk with us, get to know us as a family and listen. Our son was diagnosed with Lyme and he was available for all questions, talked treatments and even did more research based on some questions we had and gave us his findings at the next appointment. Max has also been so easy to communicate with and makes us feel important and cared for. I can’t recommend this office enough. If you are looking for someone knowledgeable, caring and to give you all the time you need paired with an office that runs smooth and efficiently, look no further — you’ve found them.

I want to preface this first by saying I very seldom leave reviews but the first time I called Action Medicine the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. I can not say enough good things about our experience here. I would 100% recommend anyone to come here. At the height of COVID when all other offices were booked for months out, the staff here were able to fit us in with a weeks notice. We came here to complete an exam and both Max and Marisa made the entire process so easy! They explained everything very thoroughly and were very patient with me and and all my questions.
