AAA Quincy

You can renew your license and get your passport here. You "must" have AAA to receive these items at the location. Saves time and trips to the registry. The staff was fabulous, friendly, and patient. Great group to talk with.

I forgot what the young ladies name was that helped me, but she's fairly new (Oct hire) Hispanic, young. She was so helpful and informative. She marketed EVERYTHING that AAA had to offer, including the employees. She was super nice and very patient. I had so many questions and she answered them all. As for what I came for, a duplicate license, applying for a new membership, I accomplished everything I came to do quickly and effectively.

Definitively one of the BEST experiences in getting help from the auto mechanic/technician to access my locked ( keys inside car - stupid me) car and then jump started the car, all done in less than 15 minutes, all done efficiently, with perfect explanations of what and why it was done and always with a big smile !

It was good, I was in and out with in a half hour. Renewed my license and the lady who took care of me was efficient and nice.

The staff was wonderful and it was such a pleasant experience! Would recommend to anyone!

Took me without an appointment as a walk-in I was in and out in less than an hour I appreciate it that it was easy breezy getting my new license as I lost mine 3 weeks ago

The staff was great. I did not have an appointment to renew my driver's license. Only waited about 30 minutes. Good service, kind and caring staff.🙏🏾

I was 15 mins late for my driver's license renewal appt. Instead of making me reschedule, they said it was okay and processed my renewal application. Less than 30 mins after walking into the branch, including a quick 10 min wait on line, I was out the door, temporary license in hand... Now that's what I call primo Customer Service!

Also I accidentally left my car running in the parking lot. I was late, after all, and rushed out of the vehicle. It was still there half an hour later! So I'll add that the location is pretty safe...

They were so helpful and amazing. The only issue I had was the wait time ion hold. I was in a very dangerous place. I used the app but it took awhile as I was shaking so bad. Good news. The two truck driver was amazing. How do I let his boss know? I want to acknowledge him

This particular AAA,is a true example of genuine customer service! The foundation, a Smile, Helpful, Informed and most importantly, Patience. From taking passport photos (of reluctant youngsters), rmv services to needing assistance in accessing the app to get my "virtual AAA card". I witnessed their sincere care for the customer. All of this on a Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. Ohhhh, did I mention, this grace was extended to those with appointments and walkins! Yes, This location and staff working on 11/25/2022 are the model for AAA locations💫

The staff at the Adams St. Location were extremely helpful. Lori called Me the day prior my appointment to reschedule due to bad weather. Upon arrival. Lori helped fill out my paperwork as I forgot my glasses. She helped expedite the process quickly and did a great job! Thank You Ladies!

I came in to get an International Driving Permit. The woman who helped me was friendly and accommodating. She took care of my order and gave me instructions about how to apply by mail too.

It’s very convenient for some purposes for a pocket friendly membership. I went there for renewal of mu DL and my wife’s driver license permit. The stuffs are very well behaved and helpful. I found they have better quality visual test machine than RMV which is good. Also getting an appointment and waiting time for appointments is shorter (~1 wk) than the RMV (~1 month) during COVID. Parking lot is also big enough for customers. I like this place and will recommend.
