Marina Village Mobile Home & RV Park

I gotta say I’ve been coming and going in this park for years visiting my grandparents I’ve seen the transfer of ownership and management numerous times but since Amanda has been managing this park this place has never been better she is just a absolute god send and always strives to satisfy her residents every need and care for the upkeep of this park past what her job description surely lays out.. I’ve seen her do things like picking weeds making this place look higher class than ever with little things like welcome signs, pot lucks, gatherings and such she’s just honestly the greatest manager this parks ever seen and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves the maintenance guy is laid back and Johnny on the spot to I don’t often leave reviews but this is one that’s got to get out there give Amanda a promotion a raise or something she’s great if only every business had a Amanda! Anytime the water gets shut off we get a text and she has it fixed in no time in the past we had to wait hours sometimes but not with Amanda! I don’t have enough characters to really get into all she does but just know she’s a asset to this community!

It is very quiet and quaint. The community there is nice and helpful. It is definitely a wonderful place to live or stay in for a short time. They are always trying to do something to make the place better to be at. I definitely recommend.

I have lived here for two years now. The park is definitely going through a transformation. The pool and laundry room have been remodeled and landscaped. We now have a functioning security gate too. A private landscape company has been coming in to trim up all the palm trees and trees that never came back after the freeze. Karen, the regional asset manager says more transformation is coming. The next project is the recreation room. I'm excited to see what they do with it. I like that we have a private road that goes down to the water where you can sit and relax, throw out a fishing line, or launch a kayak. There are constant upgrades to the park that I have been noticing. It is a very large park and the spaces are larger than most. I was able to make a garden and have room for a shed. I like to mow my own space but the park offers your space to be mowed by the maintenance crew. They are working continously and consciously to get the whole park beautified. The most important part, I feel to note, is that the park has been doing their do diligence in cleaning up the park in more ways than one, and I as a single mom, feel safe and secure. Hats off to Karen, who will do background checks not only on residents but also employees of the park, to keep us safe and for making the park beautiful again.

I've been a four-year resident of this place, and I love it very much. It's really calm and the neighbors are awesome and the beach the location is perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. Especially great is the maintenance crew, led by the maintenance manager Josh. They do a really great job making sure that everything is taken care of quickly in due time. You can't beat the location, the neighbors holler and the term of this place. Definitely a must try!

Stopped into the office to follow-up with our application and Karen was so helpful. She was able to get us entered, approved, site picked and all this done with a smile and a positive attitude. We can't thank Karen enough for her assistance.

my many many questions. The residents were super friendly and very helpful. It was our first time using our camper, and a very nice resident can over and help my husband from parking to helping set up everything we needed. Thank you for having us. And we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Super nice. Very clean and the pool is beautifully clear and clean. No junk there all the rvs are nice and the lots are tiny. I like that it's a gated area. BTW I hate trailer parks rv parks and the like. I'm a nurse I go where I'm needed. I didn't hate the place. Nice area they keep it clean and safe so it's ok in my book

Nice quiet little RV and small mobile home community. Gated, pool. Each lot has their own little yard and mailbox. At the edge of the island.

We had a very peaceful and welcoming stay in our 6 months a Marina Village. Our neighbors are nice and quiet. We saw many events and interaction between community and residents. There was zero alert of crime or threats. The community is kept clean and well maintained. Anytime there was a need for a work order it was done in a timely manner and always with due diligence treating residents as upmost importance in resolving any issues. They have wonderful amenities like showers, laundry, and pool, aswell as an new and upcoming community center. I would stay here time and time again. If your looking to stay in corpus for one month or several years plus I would hands down become a community member at Marina Village MHC.

This place has because a very enjoyable place to live. The residents are very friendly and the new staff is amazing! I love that I can just walk the park with no worries

I give it a 5, not because it is perfect, but because the management strives hard to make the changes in customer support that has been missing for decades. The new owners move slowly for all the right reasons; investing in many areas. But it is moving. Not as the previous owners for the past thirty years.

Very clean and quiet. My brother recently moved in and seems peaceful, except for being in close proximity to NAS Corpus Christi and the planes and helicopters flying over. It gets loud, lol!

This is a very quiet and well maintained park. The lots are very large with nice driveways. Unlike other RV parks your slide out will not be inching against your neighbors slide out.

Great place to pull your RV right in. The rates are great and the streets are named after fish. Neighbors are friendly and laundry house on site. Sheds are ok also. Pets welcome. Just give them a call and set up an appt to go by

Stayed at my friends place. The park is maintained very well. It's very quite and friendly.
