Montgomery County Fire Marshal

We have a timber box 20-30 feet high and hundred of feet long and wide that is a major fire hazard for several neighborhoods in East Montgomery County and Kingwood. The developers who have been so quick to bulldoze hundreds of trees have done nothing to see that the debris is removed. I have spoken to both the Building Permits office and the Montgomery County Fire Marshal’s office. I was told by David Lee at the Fire Marshal’s office, “There is nothing we can do or will do until there is a fire.”
Unacceptable response and reaction.

I don't understand why for years the fire marshall and Conroe police don't shut down the meth lab on Sweet Bay. They burn every night and they have deaths on Sweet Bay but the Fire Marshall and Police won't stop it.
They have told me for years to call 911; non-emergency. I have but it makes me feel bad that am suppose to call 911 during a pandemic and hurricane Laura. Why can't they drive by every day as they drive down Hwy 2854 everyday. It is 1 minute from Hwy 2854 and Hwy Old 105. Behind the Exxon and Subway and the Police and Fire Marshall ignore the meth lab and deaths.

I called the Montgomery county fire marshal's office to report smoke and the smell of plastic burning in my neighborhood. The smell is overwhelming. The entire neighborhood is filled with smoke and you can see it everywhere. The guy who answered the phone laughed at me and said, "I don't know where the fire is! Go find out where it is and report it!" I said that I thought that's what I was doing. He laughed again and said, "Have a good day!"

I supplied time and date stamped photos of tire/trash burners in my subdivision after calling the fire dept. and they did nothing. Tax money well spent!

I have the fire marshal several times to report illegal fire works storage in my neighborhood. They don't care, fire marshal office is a joke
