Kyle, the service tech, was very good. He explained what he was doing, called me over to see. Kept me informed of his findings. He then went over all of my options so I could make an informed decision. I would recommend him if you need any work done on your mini splits! So nice to have great customer service. I had another company out here 2 times, paid a lot for terrible service that didn’t fix the problem. Thank you

Pete was awesome. Super knowledgeable and broke down everything that was needed .I look forward to having a new AC unit. I'm sorry that there was a creepy thing hanging in the attic. Ha

After using Triple A for replacement of my indoor/outdoor units couple of years ago, I was very pleased to use them again to replace my homes complete duct work. Henry was instrumental in explaining and scheduling. Mike and Manuel were courteous when enroute, arrival and departure. Their work was clean, it never seemed like work was being done in my home. Thank you for your professionalism and quality work.

They are really great. The tech was honest and upfront about everything. They checked my unit and did the repairs on the same day. I liked i didn't have to schedule another appointment for them to return to do the repairs like other companies. I recommend them and i will be using them from now on. I was very impressed by them.

This is a great company, they've come out twice now and they were amazing, fast and even showed up same day! Tyler was an excellent technician with a great personality! He was knowledgeable and efficient. He got right to it as soon as he walked in and figured out the problem instantly. He was very thorough explaining what was going on and our options. Pete was the absolute best. He came and checked both systems and cleaned them. Recommended repairs that were needed. He was the best A/C person I have ever come across. I will and do recommend him for all your A/C needs.

Albert and Alex came in prepared to serve the home owner, took the time to explain in detail all the work that was to be done. After the initial meeting, they started to prepare the tile with cloth blankets and then proceeded to get to work.
I was very satisfied with two professionals and the work that they did.

Kyle was great when he came to do a service check on our three systems. He was courteous and he explained everything that he saw was an issue and made suggestions on what to do to improve and mitigate the issues. I like Triple A because of the honesty of their service, work and billing. I would highly recommend them!

I had my hvac checkup today and Omar went above and beyond! He was very thorough, he even hosed off my outside unit and poured chemicals through my drain hose to be sure it was clear of slime or clogs. He was very friendly and personable! Triple A is a great choice for all your air conditioning and heating system needs!

The salesman who came to quote me the cost of a new mini split did a good job pitching his company. Within a few days the installers came, they were professional & friendly. They went right to work and were thorough. I highly recommend this company

I've had 2 experiences with triple A both have been excellent. The best company I've dealt with in years. Don't get caught with no air conditioning in South Texas .call Chelsea at Triple A. You cannot find better service anywhere . At least that's my opinion.

I’ve never had to call a company to service my A/C before, it’s always been family that helped if I ever needed someone to take a look at it. After calling around and getting a quote for someone to just diagnose the issue with my A/C I decided on Triple A. They were the most reasonable, the person who answered the phone was very polite and understanding of my problems and the fact that was I quoting other companies as well. I liked that her demeanor never changed. I was able to get my Appointment the same day, which was nice. I was able to get updates via Text, another plus. When Mike showed up, he immediately introduced himself and right before he looked at the A/C he went over the process with me from greeting to diagnoses to payment agreement. He made sure I was fully aware of what he was doing and thinking the entire time. He didn’t mind if I hung around the area and asked questions. Mike had my A/C up and running within 1 hour. Now me and my family are settled in my cool home again thanks to him! Thank you Mike Benavides at Triple A, you rock!

We loved working with Triple A A/C! They were super professional, responsive to our questions, and provided us with honest assessment and feedback about our air conditioning unit to help us make the best decision. Once we decided to replace our entire unit, they were helpful in setting us up with financing options, and even finished the job ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend them!

Was scheduled on 1/12 and unfortunately the company later reached out and told me they could not send a Tech out, however they did make sure I was one of their first calls to be seen on 1/15 as they are closed weekends I'm assuming. Technician came out on icy roads. Was very informative and explained what was wrong with my unit and how he corrected the issue. The Technician even suggested a maintenance plan for my unit as well. Overall I will use this company again.

Just had my air-conditioning replaced by Mike and he did a fabulous job. They got to us quickly (called them out Monday and had new AC installed by Wednesday evening). Were pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. Look forward to a continued relationship since I also signed up for their service plan so the unit can be checked on every 6 months to keep it working well. 👍 Definitely recommend!!
