We have used ProServ Painters about 5 times now, mainly interior and some exterior painting. Exceptional customer service. The painters are meticulous, had great attention to detail, and very respectful of the property. The owner, Jamie, has many years of experience. He is very trustworthy, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. We never felt like there was a “up sell.” He was honest in advising what we didn’t need to have addressed, which we really appreciated. Whatever questions we had were addressed promptly each time, including logistics, and how to properly preserve all the work we had done. Great quality work. Everyone involved, from the owner, to the painters and the job’s foreman treated our property with pride care, as if it were their own. We highly recommend!

Great tenants moved out of an adjacent apartment in my duplex home, and although they had maintained it well, painting and repairs such as plastering and carpentry needed to be done. Not having knowledge of local painting companies, I called one --- ProServ Painters. The owner, Jamie Cox responded quickly and within days of accepting his proposal (work proposal of course), his crew appeared. They did a great job. It made my life much easier not having to look for a carpenter and plasterer --- his talented crew did it all. I highly recommend ProServ Painters.

Jamie Cox’s Proserve and crew just finished painting our 1890 Victorian in Norton, MA. They did an amazing job on a tough overall project- old house, lots of scraping, replacement of old boards, and detailed required with work on a Victorian home. Crew showed up promptly each day and worked hard all day and cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. 100% focused on our job before they moved on to another one. Very professional. I very enthusiastically recommend Jamie and ProServe.

Jamie’s crew just finished up the exterior of my house yesterday, as well as a shed and back deck. This is the 3rd time I have had ProServ do painting at my home….the previous two times were for the entire interior. The crew is professional and respectful, Adam, the project manager, is approachable and pleasant and Jamie, the owner, is personable and fair in his pricing….all are delightful to work with and the results are exceptional!

We are new to Canton and hired ProServ to paint the exterior of our house. Jamie was responsive, flexible, and so easy to work with. Jamie and his team were outstanding!! I had a room that needed wallpaper…It had lots of angles and trim work, and a wallpaper pattern that was hard to match…it would have been a nightmare for someone with less experience and know-how. From priming to finish work, they were amazing…professional, friendly, prompt, and thorough. I can’t recommend them enough, and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We recently used Jamie and his crew for both interior and exterior work. We have used Jamie in the past and he is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive, always shows up when he says he will, and communicates expectations clearly. On the interior, we had a large built-in bookcase that was stained in a dark color. Jamie's team painted it white and it looks absolutely beautiful. They also re-made our red brick fireplace by painting it white and they changed the color in our family room - we now have a modern room again! We needed a pretty significant amount of carpentry work on the exterior of our home before the painting could begin, and Jamie's team did an excellent job on the carpentry. The exterior painting, just like the interior was done to perfection. Jamie and his team hold themselves to a high standard and we could not be happier with the results. Our home looks brand new again! We also appreciate that the team was always respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves each day. It was a pleasure working with Jamie Cox and the crew at Proserve on our painting project which included painting our house and a couple of ceilings. From the initial visit to prepare the estimate to the final walk around inspection, the process was professional, efficient, and positive. We are very happy with the results! The crew was really excellent and left everything looking tidy and organized at the end of each day. We also needed to carpentry repairs as part of the work and Jamie's crew took care of this wonderfully. Great work at a fair price done by nice people! What more could you want?

James Cox's crew have responded to my need to have large paint projects completed at least 3 times in the last 18 years. His crews have painted the outside of my house and wallpapered and painted inside. He has also returned to repair problems with paint jobs after the original crew's departure.
In the last 3 months, his crew repainted my outside siding, repaired interior water damage from a broken water pipe, replaced insulation in the basement ceiling, and replaced and repaired wallpaper.
James provided free up-front estimates, purchased most materials for me, and gave estimated start times. This year, between the completion of exterior painting work and start of the planned interior project, an interior pipe burst. That water damaged interior ceilings and basement insulation. James assessed the damage, informed me of the services he could provide, and adjusted his interior quote.
The crews were uniformly polite, quiet, and businesslike. They moved furniture out of the way and back into position, made necessary repairs, and conformed to my masking requirements. James sped up the time on the project by having different crew members working in different parts of the house on the same day.

When James's crew completed the recent projects, they delivered all James promised in his estimate at the estimated price. I immediately missed having them around.

ProServ painters were very responsive, reliable, and professional. The quality of their work was excellent. They completed the work (which was quite extensive) in a timely fashion without any problems. I recommend them without reservations.

If ProServ means Professional Service, then this company is named correctly. They are timely, considerate, and they clearly know their business. We had the exterior of our wood shingled home painted, and this included some carpentry work to replace some areas of rotten wood. They originally thought our wooden gutter needed replacing but once they got up there they concluded it could be preserved which saved us some money. We also added a few things on during the process like fixing the garage door and staining some wood on the back decking and they rolled with our requests without batting an eye. Their original quote came in higher than the three other companies we consulted, but we chose ProServ because of their apparent professionalism and because James was the only one who really seemed to have a grasp of the lead abatement laws in the area. Also, they didn’t ask for a penny until the job was completed and we were fully satisfied. I highly recommend this company and would use them again.
