This park met/exceeded my expectations. We took a chance on a semi last minute trip from Tucson AZ to Corpus Christy this summer, I googled RV parks went over my options and landed here. It checked all the boxes. The site was clean, the hookups worked as advertised and the Wi-fi was even adequate for the kids to stream Netflix on our Roku TV. The showers and bathrooms were in working order and clean, the laundry had working machines and large dryers. The pool was clean and the kids enjoyed winding down at the end of the long days at the beach in it. The staff were attentive and friendly, I had to ship a propane regulator for my trailer to the office and I got it just fine. Mustang and North Padre beaches are 15 minutes away! There are stores and gas stations nearby, if you don't have HEB stores where you live I recommend you give it a shot for groceries and even tackle. The local Pier nearby was fun for the kids in the evening, dropping shrimp in the underwater lights on the pier produced a few small local fish and great memories. We spent a week here as a family and me 4 days after (due to waiting on some repairs to my tow vehicle) the whole stay was safe and quiet.
**The "downsides" and I only point these out to not be misleading are; Its in a neighborhood outside a naval air base the homes on the way in were mostly clean family homes, with one or two exceptions. The inland waterway has a particular aroma, we didn't notice it while in our camper but when the wind is just right you can certainly smell it while outside. The smell in no way affected my stay or even bothered me, but if your sensitive to the smell I imagine almost anywhere you stay on the inland side will have a similar smell. This is not the destination RV park, this is the safe place you park your rig while you explore the beaches and local fare. This is a safe place to call homebase while you are out vacationing and adventuring. **
I enjoyed my stay, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a launching point for their daily adventures. Give Padre Palms a try! I enjoyed the vibe here and will be coming back SOON!

This was a great little park and was perfect for our family. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We had a late check in and map had all the info we needed to get to our spot. At the site we were able to level out fast and connect quickly. It was also easy to get in and out of spot. Also great little fishing spot close by.

Been here about a year and I love it. Chris and Carla are amazing people. They've made us feel right at home. The facilities are always cleaned and well taken care of, the grounds are kept and manicured. There is a pier right outside of the gate in walking distance, it's a great place to fish or walk your dogs to. We have really enjoyed living here.

Planned of RVing at the beach, but the winds were too strong, ended up finding this nice place. Very clean and affordable. Kids loved the pool and we all loved the showers and bathrooms. Beats sharing the 1 we have in the rv. Will definitely recommend

I found Padre Palms RV Park to be a very clean, well Managed place to live for over a year. During my stay, I found the park to be a safe place. With friendly and respectful neighbors, I had no worries using laundry or the washrooms. The Management of the park were very courteous and helpful, Chris and Carla were always very quick to solve any issue that would arise and the office will receive mail and shipping for you. My stay was pleasant, very reasonable economically, and conveniently located for my needs. Thanks to Management and Neighbors for an enjoyable stay.

It's quiet and right on the bay. I've seen complaints about the sewage treatment plant next door, but you rarely smell it. the staff here are friendly and very helpful. The neighbors are quiet and many are workers just like my husband so it's almost empty during the day. There's a laundry, a pool, and the fishing pier around the corner is great for crabbing. This location is extremely accessible to Padre Island and Mustang Island.

I lived there for 2 months and the ladies in the office were so sweet! I was nervous about living by myself in the park, but there was nothing to worry about. Everyone is polite and respectful. You can hear the Air Force planes flying over occasionally, but they usually keep it between respectful hours. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely go back should I ever find myself back in Corpus!

I have visited Padre Palms RV park twice in the last year. It is a wonderful RV park with amenities like a nice swimming pool with lounge chairs, washer/dryer units, and a well maintained/very clean bathroom/shower facility. During the winter there are activities many days of the week in the Rec Hall. The whole facility is well maintained, clean and I always felt safe. The management regulates what types of campers can stay in the resort so there are no old "sketchy" trailers. Management was awesome!! I will be returning in the future :)

We came all the way from Oregon and basically threw a dart. The Padre Palm’s is very nice the grounds are spotless so is the pool the people are fantastic. We brought our Great Dane “Art” and I’m certain we will return, its a real bullseye.

We were first time winter Texans here at Padre Palms. We both enjoyed the activities offered from bunco to potlucks to pancake breakfasts. People were very friendly and welcomed us. The park was very clean and we felt safe. They drove around every day and picked up anything that needed to be from cigarette butts to dog poop and anything in between. If they could figure out who was causing a problem that affected other guests they asked them pleasantly to not do it again. The showers and bathrooms were always cleaned daily and had hot water. It was a short drive to Padre Island beaches and many restaurants. We look forward to coming back next winter!

Couldn't ask for a better place. Price is just right, a good quiet park which is good because my husband is working nights. Management is super friendly and helpful. Park is clean, taken care of, pet friendly. Laundry room is excellent and everyone is super friendly. Wifi and cable free. Plus the bay is right in the back yard perfect to take the dog and go fishing.

Dont let the area fool you. This is a nice small little park. You can walk few hundred yard out back gate right to the bay and they are currently redoing the fishing pier. Chris was more than willing to help me when I was having a rought time when I moved In there. I forget the other managers name, but they both are very friendly and great people. Yes it is a smaller park but I cant say enough good things, didnt have not one problem the 2 months I stayed there. If you want to be close to water and beach I reccomend you go see them!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights October 15 to 17 2013 i called last minute and was able to get a site. Pat and Mack were very nice so were several of the other guests we met. The location was perfect lovely sunrises very quiet. Our site was on the end of a row and large enough to fit my 40ft motorhome with 3 slides.
