I have been to NHB a few times now and the service has been nothing short of extraordinary! These women are both very personable and kind and know how to cater to their clients. They get me in and out of the chair in a reasonable amount of time and my hair always exceeds my expectations. I fully trust them with my locs and you should too!!!

I went to get my hair washed. I had a really positive experience. The products she used really calmed my itchy scalp. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Highly recommend.

Went in December to get knotless braids for my birthday weekend. The vision I had for my bday was very important to me. Everything came out beautifully and was very time efficient! My only critique is that it is challenging to get in touch via phone; however the appointment app works well enough. Thank you, ladies! See you tomorrow for my second braiding appt.

Fantastic service , everyone is so friendly and bubbly ! They have lots of snacks & beverages to offer while waiting. It is a little small but it definitely a comfy setting. I always get serviced on time & have no issues with my styling maybe because I'm extr detailed and voice my wants but either way the outcome is always great ! I will definitely keep coming

Walked in just before 10am (Friday), for my 10am appointment and Catherine G. was ready and waiting with a warm smile. She sat me right down and got to business. During a brief conversation, prior to the appointment, we went over my desired style and she assured it would be accomplished. A couple of hours later I walked out looking and feeling fabulous. Thank you Cat, I will definetly return to keep my locs looking fresh.

What’s not to love!? From a very nice, clean, and accommodating location to great customer service from the ladies .. my fam and I have done everything from starting locs, to knotless braids, everything has been flawless; hence why we been faithful costumers (that became family) for years now!
