Local gym w/semi private training. I started training w/Rebecca a little over a year ago. I had back aches, which are no more. Due to my schedule change, I now train w/Tico, they are both amazing!
They work with any issues you may have, focus on stretches and work you up to a weight. If you cannot do a certain move, they work around it, to strengthen that muscle through another movement. Great gym, friendly staff, great workouts.

I train with Rebecca and she is AMAZING. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and not only has she been helping me to lose inches in just months but she is an amazing motivator and the whole vibe in this place is just very positive and upbeat. I am excited to keep moving forward with losing weight and gaining strength. I also love that I never feel judged when I come here which I know from my personal experience is something that a lot of overweight people are very scared of when going to any type of fitness based business. As much as I tend to dislike working out/exercising, I also never dread coming to see Rebecca (which I for SURE have with other fitness regimes in the past) and always feel great afterwards so the burn is totally worth it. Just wanted to post this in case other people looking to lose weight want a perspective on SFS because I really was nervous when I started but i feel totally welcome here and if you want to lose weight, stay fit, or get stronger and need some guidance and awesome support, this is a great place that I really recommend :)
