Why is this place so dirty. We don't rent an apartment, but we work across street and there is always trash everywhere and now there are mattress's that someone has thrown over the fence again (not the first time). I know they fixed their fence once but now it's all torn down again.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. The roaches are bad and now we have maggots in our apartment and they changed owners again and now i am out over $300 because they didnt tell anyone about their new payment system

Do not rent from these ppl. They are liers and scammers. I put in my app with the deposit and was told it would only take 48hrs to find out if I was approved. That turned into over a week. I was able to look at the apartment and decided I was not going to take it. I informed the manager Jennifer i did not want it after all and was told i would get my deposit back within a week. This is three weeks later and I'm told today that because I was approved and I decided not to take it I would not be getting my deposit back??!!?? I was so angry and am not going after them thru my attorney. A word to the wise make sure you want the place before giving them any money. They are absolutely thieves.

They still need major improvement all they did was change the name and paint the outside lol
