My family of 6 were visiting for the holiday. We stopped in very hungry and so glad we did! The owner was very sweet and they seated us quickly, despite it being a small and busy restaurant when we came. We were all taken care of, full, happy, and the cost was reasonable. Will definitely come back when visiting the coast!

Julie runs a great homey family restaurant near the base out of Flour Bluff. Tasty food & excellent hospitality! Thursdays they serve delicious Chicken Fried Steak & Chicken Fried Chicken 🍗 👍👍

Good fish and shrimp & good cheese burgers. Homemade mac and cheese was my kids favorite. We all enjoyed the atmosphere of the Elvis Presley memorabilia and many other music posters and memorabilia. They staff were very warm and welcoming. Like long time family and friends.

Food was reasonably priced, you can tell it’s a local favorite, great service, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for a quick bite that’s down to earth. Will comeback.

Ordered the hamburger and fries dish and shrimp with fish plate. Let me tell you something! This was some of the best homemade food I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time. The owner was very kind and always checking on us to make sure we have all we need. We will definitely be back. You have to try this place.

This place is the best. Awesome staff and great food. They deliver to the beach, which is fantastic, will actually drive out to you on the beach. We found this place on vacation, we are from Arkansas and we will eat here again when we return for vacation.

Had their spaghetti and salad for lunch. Very tasty. Maybe a little over priced but I was really hungry. Big portions. HD the left over for dinner that night.

They make you feel like you're at home here at Boardwalk Cafe. Home cooked food is always better. 🥰

I eat here so much I’m family at this point and that is what I love about this place. Favorites: fish and shrimp “grandpa style”, Angry Bird, and Chicken fried Chicken.

Stopped in with our family on our way home from a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at the beach. We loved the nostalgic decor, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was blown away with the food, the fish and shrimp was great, we will definitely stop back in on our next beach trip. ❤

Laid back and great food. Locals, everybody is family and everyone knows each other. Love the shrimp nasket.

Very modest location and building. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is fabulous! I had the fried catfish with green beans and it was wonderful. The fried catfish was tasty. The green beans were ok. I could only eat half- enjoyed the other half for dinner. The bathrooms are tiny and a bit dated. I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

Home style cooking with no frills.
I had the meatloaf and it was off the chain. They ran out of mashed potatoes, but I had a side of Mac n cheese and was not disappointed.
All types of rock n roll memorabilia all over the walls and real nice folk running the joint.

Service with a smile and a little second hand shop to browse while you wait for your food. Can't beat it for a home cooked meal and atmosphere!

We LOVE going here we come every weekend or every other. My mother and aunt came down for the weekend and they were amazed at how good the food is. They can not wait to come back! Go and eat here and you will NOT be disappointed! The girls are so sweet who own and work there. Homemade food that taste better than other places 💙

A hidden gem. Best food I've eaten on my vacation. The owner was so sweet and has a very cool rock n' roll memorabilia collection that she has displayed in the restaurant. I definitely recommend this place for great food, fun atmosphere and outstanding service.

The woman at the counter who gave me my to-go order was very friendly! The food was great, especially their hush puppies!
