I go here all be time. They are very good, just let them know if you want you don't want your edges not to be braided tight.

Tbh I think Janet does feed in braids and braided updos beautifully. However, her customer service skills and professionalism needs improvement.

Janet spent the major of the time loudly speaking on her cellphone.
Snatched up all my edges, even after being asked not to.
Change the price after completely my hair.

I only like one stylist, her name is Biju. Never, and I mean NEVER let the owner do your hair. She ONLY cares about the money, and according to one review will call the police and accuse YOU if stealing when one of the other stylists tries to offer a refund. That's how money hungry this woman is. I gave this place two stars, only because of Biju. She's really good and stays focused. However, that's the best I can give. The place is a bit cluttered, the chairs are beat up and old, and it just lacks general professionalism. I got to this place first as my appointment was supposed to be a bit after they opened. Biju was eating and didn't even try to excuse herself, but I understood, it was early she needed to eat. However, another woman and her daughter came in after and Biju took HER before ME. I'm pretty sure that salon etiquette says that you start doing the hair of whomever showed up first. This is my second and LAST time coming here.

0 stars…I went in here on an early Saturday afternoon 10/07/23 and they only had 1 customer 🤔 (mind you my hair is very healthy even got a wash and blow dry and curl prior to this visit). So I walked in asked the owner Janet for a weave and this is what I got. I really had to hold my composure while my mother/sister yelled at me on the phone to stop crying & go back to demand my money or that it be taken out which can’t be hard since it was barely put in. I think she assumed I only had one pack of hair (which I had 3) so she just used 1 pack 😳never asked if I had more🤔? I was wondering why after the weave which Janet half a** did the back then had her stylist weave the front (look at all the areas where she put no hair literally😳. This was my my 3rd and now final visit. Owner is loud and rude talking in your ear smh. Her stylist clearly had no clue what she was doing esp. after seeing her use the thick hair braiding conditioner to gel down most of the front of my hair at the end of this disaster and combed through hair with it making it sticky and stiff (it was a nice quality of human hair too so why would you gel it everywhere?)🙄 along with the thick braids and horrible sewing a rookie could have watched YouTube and done better🤮. In their defense, it only costs $100 and it looked like it. UNACCEPTABLE and most of these photos were taken by me in my car as soon as I left. I ended up using some of my other packs to put it in a ponytail a few days later. Do not go here save your money or watch it get wasted 💯.

I came here for passion twist and the next day three came out, I went there for her to fix them and also re braid my hair line because she braided all my baby hair and the twist felt to heavy on those sections. She fixed the hair and then the third day at work more twist came out I went back again! She offered to give me big braids when I take the twist out I told her no I wanted some money back! She charged $240 I tipped her $20 which I shouldn’t have because the whole time she talked extremely loudly on her cellphone. She only refunded me $80 and I’m still loosing twist daily that I have to reattach and I have a funeral attend! I notice she started some as twist and then others as braids ..photo for reference! I now have to either put up with redoing these myself or taking them out and getting a wig either way it a waste of time and money !!
