LISTEN!!!! This woman is talented and Real! She redid my wedding dress and it looked from plain to fabulous! Great quality work she won’t let you down!

They made me a great dress, the owner is great at making clothes, but her staff who fixed my dress did a bad job and it ripped on the night of prom.

As much as I wanted to give this business woman a good review, I cannot. Yolanda's seamstressing/tailoring is as inconsistent as her professionalism. This woman not only lied about my clothes being ready; she also ruined one of my dresses. My initial experience with DWC was great. I had a skirt made and the fit was perfection - that was a few years ago. In July 2021, I brought a few items to be tailored and was told it would take 4 weeks. The day before I was to pick up my garments I called to confirm. Yolanda slipped up saying she's leaving to NY and that my garments aren't scheduled to be ready until two days later. I was surprised that instead of saying she needed more time she insulted my memory by saying I had the wrong day, but it doesn't stop there. The morning I was suppose to pick up my clothes, I got a text message saying my clothes ARE READY, but she may have COVID and won't be able to give them to me. When I asked if her assistant could give me my clothes she said no one was at the shop and I would have to wait until after her test results. A few days later she confirmed her negative test and that I could pick up my clothes. When I got to the shop my clothes were still being worked on. I waited an additional 45 mins. Because of the possible fake "COVID scare" and having to wait I didn't try my clothes on. I inspected them at home and was disappointed with some of the tailoring: exposed and crooked seams, buttons that were to replaced are loose and hanging (a rushed job) and my clothes have a strong food stench. To top it all off she never offered an apology for the delay or thanked me when I told her I was praying for her health. I'm disappointed, frustrated and will NEVER use her service again. I'm currently searching for a tailor to fix her mistakes!!
