Seoul Oriental Food Store

Love this store I can find things I had only been able to order on line or had sent to me via family, friends. On Friday, she makes Japchea, bulgogi, Yakimandu an various other dishes to sell, has very good selection of items she gets from her supplier, including my all time fav manapua, all kinda sauces, various varieties of noodles, rices, from items fresh, shelf, refrig stable, noodles all kinda dry fresh frozen items, Asianpears, kimchi she makes herself, tempura batter mixes, woks, heavy stone bowls, all kinds of Oriental items, cookware, dining ware, chopsticks bowls, spoons, steamers, pretty much everything needed to make almost all your asian cuisine! Best hidden gem ever! The pics are some of the items I got there an the bibiIgo Mandu are FREAKING RIDICULOUS GOOD 1 PIC of the fried mandu an sauce was some she made an i had to get them yum NOM NOM nom, an look it's UMAMIE in a bag love it, all the bottles an items are few I got to make my own asian meals at home amazing find unique and clean,

This oriental.food store is located right outside the gate at Fort Rucker. I visited here on a trip to see my son. The store may be small but the employees are amazing. They were so helpful. My son wanted to cook us Korean BBQ. They showed us where everything was. I also found out that they made most of the stock is homemade . They make it fresh. I have to say that it was some of the best food I have eaten.

They have reasonable and wide variety of asian groceries. They also have Kimchi, which seems to be homemade, and it was very good.

Absolutely love this place and love the workers, very friendly and helpful.

I love this sweet lady that runs this store. She is an incredible person. The kimchi she makes is out of this world. I drive a truck long haul, so every chance i get i swing in and stock up on delicious oriental food.

I can generally find the oriental food items i crave to cook with. If i can't find something, I just ask, and the friendly proprietors will show me right where it is.

Love this Korean market. Fresh kimchi and other picked veggies, fresh fish cakes, meat for Bulgogi, korean snacks and frozen food. Every Friday, it sells freshly prepared Korean food. Last Friday, I purchased grilled/broil fish, scallion pancake, spinach pancake and battered fried sweet potato. My child and I are still raving over the fish. It was so good, meaty, and not greasy. The only bones were the back and sides and the backbone came off in one piece. The sweet potato was not an American sweet potato. It's creamier with only a hit of sweetness. Oh, how I love this place. Oh, and don't forget to try the snacks esp the Honey Butter Potato Chips😋😋😋

This is our new favorite place to shop, as the owner is very friendly and sells an amazing assortment of homemade and retail Korean food and groceries. We particularly always go back for the bulgogi (She makes Chicken, Beef, & Spicy Pork) and the amazing kimchi, which I am particularly addicted to. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves eating and cooking Korean food.

Great selection of Kimchi, with just the right balance of flavor, seasoning, and spice. Thank you! Kimchi vegetables are super-crunchy and fresh, too! Overall grocery selection great too, with good supply of typical Korean kitchenware also.

My family has loved this store for over a decade. The owners and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

What an awesome grocery experience. I went in looking for some specific ingredients for a recipe I was trying to make and left with bags of groceries and some wonderful cooking advice. They weren’t busy the day I dropped in, and the owner took me around the store showing me all the things they have to offer.
What to get? Frozen dumplings, frozen pork pastry balls, CANDY, and the best ramen noodles you’ve ever had. If you watch Korean baseball in the mornings and saw the girl who went to the tea shop, they have EVERYTHING she ate on that broadcast! (I loaded up once and am going back to try more!)
Why go during COVID? This is probably the most socially responsible business I have been in during the entire Coronavirus. The owner had on a face shield and squirted me down with hand sanitizer as I left the store.

I think it serves the best Korean food in the area. It's truly a one person operation so just make a noise when you enter to get some attention. I normally eat the kalbi tang which I think is the best of anywhere to include Korea.

The lady that is usually here is so nice and helpful. They have prepared side dishes, some produce, frozen marinated meats, lots of sauces and mixes, big bags of good rice, beverages, and cooking utensils.

Everything i need for my korean recipes are here. If she doesn't have it she will special order it for you. The owner is the most sweetest person i have ever met and very helpful.

We came here our first week at Fort Rucker. Making it a weekly thing to buy the usuals and try new things! Friendly and lovely employees

Got spicy pork and vegetables, it was amazing. The woman that served us was amazing. Also the Kimchi was beyond yummy. Will be there again!

Great spot to pick your doordash up from because the drivers refuse to get a pass to get on post. Also I great place to make a upturn when you forget something at your home.
