Workspace was such a great solution for me! I work remotely from a company in Chicago and needed a clean, reliable space that wasn't astronomically expensive. Workspace hit high on all marks. The space was meticulously clean and well lit. I never felt unsafe leaving the office late at night. The kitchen is small but had everything I needed (coffee , microwave, fridge). The space also provided a conference room for larger meetings. My own office was nice sized, and I appreciated that the surrounding offices were all quiet. The other tenants throughout the offices were all really lovely, and I thoroughly enjoyed the chats by the coffeemaker. Justin the owner is a great guy, super flexible and kind. If you're looking for a work-from-home alternative, or need a new remote office space, I highly recommend Workspace at the Shipyard.

I had my office here for over a year - it was truly wonderful! The location was spectacular, the people were incredibly kind, and my experience at Workspace was awesome! The only reason why I left workspace was because I loved almost 2 hours away and had to change office locations. I miss my office at Workspace every day!

Workspace offices are a lot more then we imaged.

The property and facility are impeccable. Beautifully decorated and clean. The proper manage Lisa Huffman goes above and beyond for all our organizational needs. She's awesome!!!

Workspace provides a full kitchen with a refrigerator, common areas, complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water. The HVAC system is amazing with great air-conditioning and heat. The big unexpected bonus is the culture of community they've built. Lunch and leans, offsite food & wine tastings and food trucks for appreciation day lunches.

I would gladly recommend Workspace to anyone looking for workspace.

I leased office space at the Hingham location for a couple of years and absolutely loved the working environment there. The owner Justin does a great job and works hard to make sure everything goes smoothly for his clients. I'd highly recommend Workspace to anyone looking for high quality flexible office space.

The space and team are great. I was able to reserve a fully private office the day I needed it.

We experienced Workspace@Shipyard for the first time earlier this month. It was the perfect location for our meeting. The office was well equipped and it was beneficial to meet other clients enjoying the shared workspace. Booking with Lisa was super easy and we loved touring the entire space. We'll be back!

I rented the large conference room for a small team meeting and from the moment of booking weeks before to the day the experience was great. Justin helped me with finding the right place for me and my team, recommended places to order food, and confirmed my appointment several times before the date (taking that from my to-do-list). The space was clean, sanitized, and ready to use, and parking in building was excellent. The shared areas were clean and sanitized and bathrooms close and accessible. I will definitely book again!

I rented a private office for a day. I was extremely pleased with the process to get the office rented for the day over email, including payment. The office was spacious, clean, and quiet. The kitchenette available was helpful and the building is a nice office building. I'm super pleased with my experience and I would use Workspace@Shipyard again.

As a tenant at Workspace@Shipyard I wanted to take the opportunity to write a review in support of this great service. The facility is clean, quiet, and provides a good set of amenities at a reasonable price. Moreover, the management has been responsive, organized and professional. For those who are running a small business or for remote workers without a dedicated home office looking for a quiet place to work, you should checkout Workspace@Shipyard as an option.

The Workspace team was super helpful with prompt answers to multiple questions as I was preparing for a visit to the South Shore. That helpfulness continued when my plans shifted unexpectedly and I wanted to use their space on short notice. The Shipyard location was convenient, clean, and well-appointed and I'll definitely visit again when I return in a few months. Highly recommended.

I've been renting in South Shore Business Center for just over a year - and it's been a fantastic experience. I've always loved the location, but my previous rental in a different nearby building was almost twice as expensive for a similar size space. My office in SSBC is perfect size, gets tons of natural light (and has great views), and is at a great value. Strongly recommend!

I had a great experience at Workspace@Shipyard The other members of the workspace were nice and respectful. The office was quiet, clean and welcoming...the perfect place to be productive. The staff was also quick to respond to any questions that I had. If you are looking for a place to get some work done, this is it!

I am so incredibly productive in my private office with peace and quiet, a large window (perfect on sunny days), access to a conference room, free parking and all the coffee I can drink. A great alternative to Starbucks or my home office. The location is super convenient, with a 5 minute drive from home and easy access to lunch options right across the street at the Shipyard. The Workspace team is lovely and professional as well.

I have leased space here since 2003 and highly recommend it. The owner and office staff are friendly and professional and the building is well-managed and immaculate. They have upgraded and renovated the interior over the years and their conference room is spacious and well-equipped. There is ample parking and the location is convenient and safe.

In addition to providing a great work facility - Justin and the workspace team were very accommodating to my business needs.

The workspace community is also welcoming and friendly without ever feeling overbearing.

Highly recommend using Workspace@Shipyard as a full/part-time co-working space or private office. Everyone on the Workspace team is helpful, responsive and friendly, and the members are great too. Versatile options include large offices, small offices, co-working desks, and a conference room—suitable, flexible arrangements for every situation. We're fortunate to have a space like this in Hingham, and the newly finished offices (all sizes) are an appealing option too.

We are so happy to have found the Workspace@Shipyard, the space is perfect for our needs at this time and Justin has been absolutely fantastic to work with, he not only got us the space we needed in a very short time frame but has helped us with furniture, moving of our merchandise and displays, and just about anything else we've asked for. While there are a variety of companies in the offices, it's a very supportive community and we feel lucky to be here.

I have been a tenant at South Shore Business Center for over ten years. It is a convenient, clean and comfortable workplace. The tenants are varied and friendly and the owner continually updates services and amenities with the latest technology. I highly recommend leasing space at SSBC.

Could not recommend enough. Perfect place to get work done in a quiet, professional atmosphere. Justin and staff are amazing, quick to respond, accommodating. One day I forgot my office key, emailed the manager, and he was at the door to let me in within 60 seconds. Great amenities, fast and reliable internet. Will def be going back when I need a place to work.
