My family moved to the area early last year and after checking around, Dr.Maples seemed like a good fit for my family. Getting in to see her after reviewing our info was very quick and I absolutely loved her!! So down to earth, explains things so well and just overall great bedside manner. I also was able to get my boys in as well to be their doctor and have seen 2 of her Nurse Practitioners, and they were so great as well. It does seem like the office stays very busy but I can understand why. Her nursing staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we asked and we’re great with my younger boys after shots. Overall fantastic doctor and staff

Dr. Maples he's been my family doctor for going on 24 years she delivered my last 3 children and was their doctor as well. Shes a obgyn she's a pediatrician and just a over all family doctor. She has the sweetest personality and doesn't mind explaining things so that you can understand . The only downside is because she is so great sometimes it can be hard to get in with her. But that's about all I can say negative at all because she's wonderful with my kids and so knowledgeableas well. If you're looking for a new family doctor or a ob she's definitely the way to go.

I love Dr. Maples. She had been my doctor since I was 16 and is the doctor for my husband and kids. Would recommend her to anyone. She is very popular and does sometimes have a wait for appointments.
Update: Still the best doctor, I have ever met!!

Dr.Maples is a very intelligent Dr. She delivered 3 out of 4 of my children and the care that she offers me and my family is one of a kind. I adore her as she listens and treats her patients with a open heart. Needless to say she's been my Dr for 20 years and no complaints from me or my family.

Recently took my 18 year old daughter here and we both love everyone here! They take the time to actually listen to your concerns and ask questions which is really rare. So far I’d say it’s a fantastic place!

Dr. Maples is an amazing doctor. The NPs are excellent too. Unfortunately, you rarely get a return call back when you have a question or if you need a refill of a prescription.
What is disturbing is rarely the phone is answered by a human but, the darn answering machine seems to be the norm.
I'm not sure why this is but it has become increasingly difficult to just accept the mediocre care from the staff. I am dumbfounded at this situation. In more than 7 decades of life seeing and experiencing many doctors, nurses, support staff etc. I am sad to say the support staff is not what one would hope for in your PCP. Again, Doctor Maples and the NPs are excellent. I am at a loss, other than considering a new PCP. I don't want to change doctors but, I may be forced to.

I have had issues in getting the proper referral sent to where I need it. On SEVERAL occasions. It is very hard to get in to see the doctor. And if you call and leave a message it is rare that you hear back from them. On several occasions, I have been put on hold and they hang up on me. I also feel that the doctor wont truly listen to all of what I have to say about my symptoms. Etc. Overall the office eventually does what they need to do. But I think it could definitely use some improvement.!

I went to Dr Maples office today cuz I had some concerns with my help she put me with a nurse practitioner that apparently never read my chart never looked at any of my meds never did anything before she came in and talked to me I was in the military for a number of years assumption is the mother of all screw-ups and that's all she was doing was assuming something first thing out of her mouth was you're dumping a lot of sugar I said that was due to medication then she assumed several other things that were not true she needs to get somebody that will actually sit down and read your chart and know what they're talking about when they come in and see you

My daughter and I were patients of hers for many years until she stopped accepting patients with Medicaid for gynecological issues and was barely available for appointments for my doctor. It's extremely hard to get an appointment with her and not the CRNP, and when you have anything that needs to be called in like referrals, it takes them a good while to get it done. When you can get an appointment with her, though, her mannerism is friendly and professional. She's very attentive to your needs and concerns in the office and makes you feel at ease when she's examining you.

I went in to see the Nurse Practioner on Sept 30, 2020. It was supposed to be a wellness check. I had some medical issues I wanted to ask about. I was told that she had to do her job and was limited on time. She had me draw a clock face and told me three words to remember. I was livid that I had used my day off work and wasn't allowed to ask legitimate questions about my health. She finished w her questions and let me ask one of mine. She then gave me a card from a company " who had brought them lunch" her recommendation based on free lunch. After I left I got a call that I needed to sign some papers. I stopped in the next day and the paper was about a test I didn't agree to take. Wonder what they were given from that company.
As a side note. The lady who took my blood didn't even wear a mask. Wow!!!

I dont feel like I'm getting anywhere with her. She friendly and seems like she's going to help out but the second you leave the room so does that helping spirit.

Complete lack of bedside manner. Changes meds without consulting with patient about effects.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by this doctor’s office. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for medical care for my wife and son, our calls were consistently ignored. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with matters as important as health and well-being. Due to this repeated negligence, we will be finding another medical provider who values their patients’ needs and actually returns calls. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and attentive medical care.

Everytime I call the office they refuse to see you. When your child is running 102 temp and you call office to get an appointment. The office staff's response is, we don't have any appointments for children today, take them to the ER or an urgent care. I'm sorry but what is the point of having a dr if they won't see you.
