Liberty Climate Controlled Storage

Mr. Flem is awesome. Great all around experience with Liberty. Customer service was personable and timely. Was seamless to rent a storage unit and even cancel it when I was complete. I will definitely do business with this organization in the future if I need another storage unit!

We rented a 10 X 10 when we moved here a few months ago. Eveyone was super easy to work with. Getting set up was a breeze. They do have top notch security here. All of our items are in great condition and safe right where we left them. Would rent a unit from them again in the future.

Nice, friendly staff. No hassles. Quick service. I had to return a UHAUL trailer and they took care of me and emailed me my receipt. Will definitely use them when I PCS from Fort Benning next year!

I do not know how this place has a 4.7.

First the website picture did not add up at all. There is trash and broken down buildings behind the access gate.

Second I paid 215 dollars for a unit that does not exist. The maintenance worker and myself searched for 15 minutes just to find out, there is not a unit.

Third the maintenance worker tried calling his boss multiple times about the situation. I have been calling since Saturday and leaving messages. It is going on Tuesday with no response from anyone.
