I have been with Lisa and Michelle since I got my first ever policy when I was 20 yrs old! That was 36 years ago. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for insurance because I know I would never get the service and attention like I’ve gotten from Lisa and Michelle! They are always so helpful and professional and work hard to take the best care of me. I recently bought a new condo and Lisa was quick to check in with me to offer me a better policy than the one that came with my mortgage.
They are more than my insurance agents .. they are 2 people that I could call friends, that’s the personalized service they provide. They make insurance easy!!!

We have had Bender Insurance for 25+ years and have had a few agents during this time. Although, all of the agents are amazing, including Nancy, Brenda has helped us through a few "emotional and sensitive" claims. She is not only a compassionate but she has a calming presence. I worked with Lisa to obtain a quote for my car and renter's insurance. Not only did she quote me a rate that was less than half of what I was paying with my last provider, she was extremely attentive, patience, clear, and supportive.
