My mom was taken to Nashville ER due to having chest pains. The staff acted quickly running tests and as soon as they realized something major was going on with her heart they lined up an ambulance to take her to SSM in Mt. Vernon where they were ready and waiting for her. I’m so thankful for the fast acting Drs. & nurses that helped save my mom’s life.

I have been going here to the clinic and so has my husband and my son. My son was in a bad truck accident and ran test and the nurse ran test to something that wasn’t looking right and ran test and found he had kidney cancer and help set up doctors to go to. My husband stayed in the hospital and had rehab for a week and everyone was nice and this hospital also changed the bedding every day.a lot hospital got away from it. They girls were all very nice. I have went to rehab a year ago and they were nice then. This hospital may be old, but it’s clean, the only thing the food is not good, needs to improve. I just bought food in.

No issue making an appointment.
Love the reminder phone call, with an actual person..
Had a 2pm appointment... in the room at 2.05....
Nursing staff was pleasant as usual.
Meet with Dr. Al and took care of business..
On my way home feeling better...
I love the way I'm treated like a person and not a case number..

We have used this hospital for blood tests, ct scans, physical therapy and other general tests. Our mother also lived in the extended wing and we see the doctors in the clinic. We have always been treated with respect, professionalism, and kindness.
This hospital is an asset to our community. Keep up the great work.

Have been going to the Doctors at Wash. Ct. Hospital for a number of years now. Very good Doctors and staff at this Hospital! Never have I had to wait more than 10 minutes after my appt. time to get in. I have nothing but high praise for this Hospital and all that work there.

I credit this hospital with saving my life. Last year I went to the doctor thinking I had pneumonia, the doctor immediately recognized that was not it and had tests run. I actually had pulmonary embolisms in both lungs. I would not be here without getting proper treatment. Thank you Dr. Al!

I must admit that my from my personal experience for my own health issue, I had not been not a fan, but my mother in law was rushed to WCH ast Friday morning due to respitory failure. I was so very concerned that she needed to be taken to another hospital, but the attending ER Dr. Marshall and his team of nurses, saved her life! She woke us up at 1AM to alert us that she could not breathe, she had exhausted all oxygen and went into respitory failure by the time the ambulance arrived, but with the help of the Okawville police and blue light bandits, she was taken to WCH where Dr. Marshall and his team worked on her for 4.5 hours, manually breathing for her and keeping her alive until they could transfer her by helicopter to an open critical care bed at a hospital more equipped to handle the crisis. Afterwards the EMT told my husband and I that he was very concerned she was not going not make it. Thank you WCH, Dr. Marshall and especially to the three nurses, who took turns manually breathing for her with the air bag for those long 4.5 hours - your efforts and diligence saved her life!

They got the wrong insurance provider and had me listed as unemployed despite giving them my insurance card with my employers logo on it and telling them I was employed. Even after correcting this it took a month to mail me a bill.

I’m traveling out of state for work. When my buddy caught a seizure, this was the closest hospital from where I work. I went to the emergency room to see if the doctors at the ER can check my buddy vitals. They told me that he had to be a patient in order to get check. They directed me to the nearest pharmacy for my buddy to get check. Even the pharmacy stated they heard a person had to be a patient in the ER. This hospital is racist & I would not recommend anyone that’s of darker skin to go to this hospital.

The receptionist and provider were very rude and unprofessional. I took my wife in asking for a pregnancy test. We did an over the counter which we read as positive. Due to her age and health conditions we were concerned and scared. The provider told us she would not do a blood test, and to go somewhere else. They did not even tell us what to do next or provide us with a referral. We were shocked! These people should not be in the helping profession. I would not take my dead dog the

My son went there today. The et staff was in such a hurry to get him in and out. I am livid with rage.tested for Covid and they said negative, well they were wrong. He is positive for Covid, never even examined him for anything else. Chills, sweats, sore throat, extreme massive headache, fever, trouble breathing. I will not take my dog there. He was treated very unfairly. Health care in Washington county hospital ER has went totally downhill. The staff didn't even care at all, they used to be compassionate to your needs but no longer. Do not go there.

I had a bad experience as well. My PCP doesn't know how to be compassionate and handle emotional situations. She rather scold and threaten to walk out right in front of you if the patient doesn't calm down with her emotional distress. When in fact the staff is so close knit their is no privacy rights to the patient. In still waiting for results that I have yet to receive. Maybe because of the incident she just abandons he patient all together.

Absolutely disgusting excuse of a hospital. Went in for help and the extremely rude receptionist at the front desk turned me away. In the midst of a Pandemic, you would think a hospital is somewhere to provide comfort and safety, boy was I wrong. I wish I got the brown hair lady name at the front desk, as I would see to it she gets proper ramifications for her injustices. I will make sure none of my family comes here and anyone else I can prevent from giving this place a single dollar.

I'm seriously sick of dealing with Washington county hospital's reception or scheduling people. I made this appointment for 9:30 and repeated the time twice and i come in and they tell me it was at 9 and i can't be seen now. Most of the time when i call to make appointments i get hung up on and they're rude.

lab rep was rude every time I went- and the last time she didn’t even let me finish asking a question about the fax machine number before launching into me and yelling my busines to another person in the waiting room. Three calls to the Admin and no call back
