CertaPro Painters of the South Shore and Boston

From start to finish this company was fantastic. I requested an estimate online and a sales rep was at my house in a few days. We used a color consultant who also met with us in person and provided a computer rendering of our color choices. The painters came within 2 weeks of color confirmation and their quality of work was excellent. The price of work was very reasonable and included the doors and carpentry work required to repair the shingle. Field inspectors came periodically to ensure the work was being done correctly. Nothing short of a fantastic experience start to finish. Highly recommend this company.

CertaPro did a great job painting our house a replacing the floor on our deck. The crew was careful and meticulous and respectful of our property.

Certapro did an excellent job on the exterior of my home which included a lot of carpentry. Marcia the supervisor continually checked on her crew and answered their questions and mine. She was very helpful and professional. I would definitely refer Marcia and her team for other work. I hope to have other work done on my interior and will request her. Also Christine and Susan in the office, Kate the designer and John the salesman were all wonderful to work with. I opted to have my cabinets painted for my renovation of my kitchen and chose a poinsettia red color. They came out fabulous. The cabinet doors were painted so professionally they look brand new. I am very pleased with the end result.

From start to finish this was the BEST experience I have had working with a vendor and home service in past 10+ years. I inquired online, immediately got a response and call from Danny to set up a walk through of my painting project (and it was a big one - interior and exterior!) Danny sent a quote within 24 hours, plus gave me a timeline of mid-June as a start date. Mid-June rolled around and Danny promptly called. I hadn't yet decided colors so he arranged for their color specialist Kate (highly recommend!) to come over and help us decide. Kate came on a Friday and Ray and his team were here by 8am on Monday to start the job.
I cannot highlight enough the talent and professionalism of the painting crew. Ray and his team were a delight to have here and even worked around our chaotic house full of kids and family (and rain) to paint inside and out. The entire project was finished within a week. Their attention to detail was amazing and the best painting work I've experienced in any home projects. They were meticulous about clean up, and diligently worked each day from approx 8am to some nights past 7pm. Beyond that, they were polite, respectful and an overall really friendly crew! They'd often check when starting a room to see if we liked the color, would walk us through the details of the job to get feedback and more.
I HIGHLY recommend this team and the CertaPro South Shore team! Will definitely use again!

These people know how to run a business. Your neighbor who has a friend that is a painter has nothing on CertaPro. Compare other painters and they are all the same. They were fast, clean and showed up every day without interruption until the job was finished. Not only that they wouldn’t leave until we were 100% satisfied!

CertaPro did a great job with everything. Every email was promptly replied to, the proposal was a fair price, the included color consultation was very helpful, the painters arrived on time, worked hard throughout the day, and overall we are very happy with the job they did. We would hire them again.

I had a great experience with CertaPro. The consultation, estimate, and scheduling were really easy, the crew came on time, and they were friendly, professional, quick, and did a great job. The site manager also checked in twice to make sure we were happy with how the whole process went. They're a little on the pricy side but worth every penny for just how smoothly the whole process went — we're really happy customers!

We are more than pleased with the painting job that was completed at our home on 7/20. Danny was our first contact, and he came promptly and gave us a fair estimate. Designer Kate was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bruna was great and communicated each day to make sure we were happy with the work. The crew of painters Allesandro, Francisco and I think Walter (young guy from Malden) worked extremely hard and had a great attention to detail. Also, Field Inspector Paul came by to make sure all was ok, he’s a true professional. Office Manager Susan was very receptive and responsive taking my calls. I would gladly recommend CertaPro of the South Shore and Boston Area to anyone.

We were moving to our Condo and were under enormous time pressure. We explained the time challenge to CertaPro and asked if they could move really fast to help us out. Literally, they called the next day and stated they were ready to start the project. Incredible. Everyone we met, from consulting, project management, the painters and support staff, was professional, experienced, and personable. The job was done on time and exceeded our expectations.

The crew were prompt, courteous, and professional. They did a great job painting the interior of my Mom's house, as well as performing some minor carpentry repairs and power washing its exterior. All their work exceeding expectations and they completed their work right on time. I would absolutely use them again and can recommend them highly.

Everything about the project was handled professionally, good workmanship and courtesy. Totally satisfied. Special thanks to the painter Gerardo who did a fabulous job. Would highly recommend Certa Pro and will probably have more business for them.
