The open houses are great! The members are extremely friendly, and the exhibit is still expanding, meaning there’s something new to see every time.

We took our 12 year old here and he had a blast. The place is tucked away but worth the trip. It’s run by local hobbyists and the models truly blew him away. He spent about an hour here but we had to pry him off the site. They luckily had one train running on the track (7-8 min for one complete loop). And he got to watch it come around twice! It may be open on other days but we went around 7pm on Thursdays when it’s listed as open on Google maps.

Took my son to its open house. Alex has kindly allowed my 9-year old to operate a train model for many rounds, which really cheered him up. Very grateful! People are nice. Definitely a great place for someone fascinated with trains and train models!

They have an open house four times a year open to the public. The room that holds the railway is huge and the tracks take up most of it.

The tracks are beautifully decorated and are laid out well, allowing many people to enjoy the various landscapes and towns and cities.

They are continually updating the bits at the end which are still unfinished, so every time you come back, there will be new things to see.

Hidden gem. We stumbled upon it when visiting Bare Cove. Really amazing models and there is plenty of parking outside.

My autistic son loves it there. Took him for music bingo for the past 3 ereks..only problem I have is the pizza was burned, sorry now I didn't send it back and the service was awful the past 2 weeks..i will go back next week..i just hope my friends and I have a better time

Definitely worth checking out. Whether for adult enjoyment or a place to take the kids...
Who doesn't like seeing a model train display? World class operation and incredible attention to modeling detail.
