One of the few places that has handmade pastries! Most bakeries order pastries from outside.

I tried the custard bun and it was delicious. Not too sweet, fluffy and pretty large for the low price.

Be prepared to pay cash only. There's an ATM in the store adjacent. It's worth it because the prices are so affordable for how good these are.

While I live in downtown Boston close to Chinatown, Mei Mei’s pastries are delicious and worth the drive to Quincy. They are one of the few places in Boston that still make homemade pastries and the taste sets them apart from the others. They are super affordable too!

This place is really great! The baked goods are delicious. I am a huge fan of pineapple buns (which are sweet fluffy buns with a sugar crust that resembles the pineapple criss-cross pattern; no real pineapple in it usually). This place had a nice selection of pineapple buns with different fillings, including one with pineapple! I had never seen that before, and it was great. I also loved the taro filled pineapple bun.

They also have cakes, drinks, Swiss rolls, egg tarts, pastries, rice rolls, sesame balls, dumplings, frozen dim sum items, etc.

Nice hidden little gem in Quincy. Very small but friendly staff when we were there - very good bubble tea! We would go out of the way to get the bubble tea ($4~) again :)

PS. The bakery was good as well. Just bought some 'wife cake' ($4.25~ for 6) and happily eat again.

Helpful, and friendly, I felt warmly greeted, and was immediately assisted. The bread that is baked with so many of their offerings is so light, fresh, and delicious.

Dedicated bakery! Open early! Fresh bread and bun. Fresh made drinks! Been there at least 20 times! Try their egg tart and all kinds of buns, Congees, soy milk. This place is awesome and workers are friendly!

Definitely my favorite bakery in Quincy. Good price for a good variety of quality traditional Cantonese baked goods, drinks and dim sum. Love this small mom and pop shop!

I went into Mei Mei Bakery with a Vision of a Strawberry fruit cake, I left completely satisfied and amazed. The Gentleman behind the counter was able to build the cake in under 20 mins! Will definitely go here again.

Amazing coconut and bread with pork. Price 1.75 which is cheaper than the others bakeries and excellent service. Totally recommend it

Best bakery on the block! Their breads are big and fresh! The staff is friendly, and they speak english which is great for me because I can ask questions about what the breads have in them.
