We are so pleased with the work Nick and Ryan did to transform our bathtubs into beautiful modern showers. They were so accommodating and professional. They kept the work areas clean and accessible. We couldn’t have gotten through the planning without Monica’s help. She identified options for seating, and grab bars that we hadn’t thought of. She also suggested that we use a single glass panel instead of sliding shower doors. We really love that because it showcases the shower so beautifully. The quality of the product is so much more than I expected and the ease of cleaning is amazing. We highly recommend Molitor Plumbing.

I needed to find someone to replace my parent’s tub/shower with a new walk in unit. Everyone at Molitor Plumbing was very helpful during the entire process. We were all very happy with the results!

😀Great job by the "Molitor Team" on our shower remodel! They were on time, protected our floors. The "Molitor team" took out our old fiberglass shower, gave us more room with seamless walls, put in a new shower with grab bars, a new tray, an adjustable wand and bar. They cleaned up, were courteous, helpful and asked us for the placement of all our bars and shelves. Done in a day and going to last a lifetime! Thanks!

They called ahead three weeks to schedule and double checked schedule again 2 days before. They were on time, explained what they were doing and why. Nick, Blake and Monica were very professional and would highly recommend them. Molitor Plumbing was the only company that listened to what we wanted and Nick went the extra mile to find us the tub of our dreams. They cleaned up when job was completed. AHS hired Molitor Plumbing for a couple plumbing issues I had. Very responsive, polite and punctual. Took care of my plumbing issues, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with service and work. Thank you Molitor Plumbing.

Adam and Cody came to my rescue and replaced a toilet for me. I had 13 people coming for a visit the next day and it would have been a crisis without this toilet!!!! Very nice, professional accomodating. I will definately use their services again.

Have used Molitor Plumbing & HVAC for many repair and replacement projects over the years including furnace & central air, water heater, backup sump pump, garbage disposal, faucets and floor drain correction. Very professional and prompt service.

These guys are fantastic, they are available at any time for emergencies, and will put you in their schedules fairly quickly for non emergencies.

I called on a Sunday and they were very accommodating. Have always been happy with their service.

Jacob did a great job trouble shooting some very old pipes.

This review is intended to be both objective and advisoral.

As a customer dropping $8.6k, I expect not to have to help with the job. I helped haul the vanity upstairs regardless because I wanted the job finished and didn't want to watch someone do a job that was impossible for them to do on their own.

As a customer I shouldn't have to navigate turning the water off with the City of Beloit.

It looks like I'm not the only dissatisfied customer and the common factor I see is just poor project management skills on Molitors part.

Please do yourselves and future customers a huge favor and improve your quoting process to be more in-depth. By more in-depth I mean advise customers on potential roadblocks the project may incur and offer more services to address said issues. I have two leaky water shut off valves under the new vanity that could have been and should have been replaced. Missed money and opportunity.

Lastly, communication is huge and very much lacking. Not just between Molitor and customers, but also amongst Molitor associates. Project management and communication are two area's Molitor needs to improve going forward.

Remember, as customers we are paying for peace of mind. I honestly did not have that today nor did I have it at all throughout the entire experience/process hence the two stars. Hopefully this review is a wake up call and/or useful.

Also never ask for compensation on a job undone.

Called them to pull my toilet and replace the seal and snake out a slow toilet. As the plumber was finishing he tightened the toilet bolt to much on one side and broke the porcelain. He gave me a price to replace the toilet, which I was surprised that I was even being charged for. It took him another 1 1/2 hours to pull the broken toilet, wait for a new one to be brought to my house and then installed. I received a bill for 3 hours of labor and a higher price than I was told for the toilet. If you hire a professional to come to your home to fix something and they break it instead WHY do you have to pay for it. What kind of service is that? Have had many conversations with the office to try and come to an agreement about the bill with no resolution. Not a good experience!
