This place was fantastic for K-BBQ. I went here recently with my partner for our first time trying K-BBQ and our experience was amazing. The service was excellent and the quality of the food was beyond expectations. We did not unfortunately make a reservation, so we did have a 45 minute wait, so I would recommend calling ahead if you plan on dining here. The prices also seem to range between 30-50 dollars depending on what you get during dinner, but the quality and portions absolutely match this well. We were both stuffed after our meals and very satisfied! They even brought us plenty of delicious sides and ice cream for dessert, all included in the price. We had ordered the marinated thin steak and some of the tenderloin. The staff had even come over to give us some tips on how to properly BBQ and eat everything together. Absolutely recommend.

I first off have to say the extreme family like atmosphere, authentic feel, and kindness of the staff made me feel like I was eating in my own house. The food was excellent and their grill to cook the meats on worked without fail and was able to cook veggies outside of the direct heat of the fire, which provided for a more efficient cook. The side dishes were delicious especially the pickled radish. You can tell it’s all homemade. Overall our experience with the food and especially the staff were a home run 10/10 score for us.

We had an excellent authentic Kbbq experience & we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality as well as the food at this place. We are definitely coming back to this place when we visit Chicago.

I came to this restaurant for the first time in hopes of a delicious meal and good kbbq and this was that and more. They have the kindest workers I have ever interacted with and answered any questions I had. The portions are the perfect amount and the best kbbq in the area. The fried wontons are the most delicious ever. I usually spend an hour to eat, but I had a very lovely time with the calm and serene ambiance that I spent a few hours enjoying dinner. They allowed me plenty of time to catch up and have a peaceful outing. I cannot appreciate every server and staff member enough for their generosity as they even gift adorable stuffed animals as a treat with ice cream. (ꈍᴗꈍ)❀✿

I am happy with our experience here !We had complimentary ice creams and cute little plush toy for my toddler ! I am always happy when restaurants treat well little ones ! the bbq was great we ordered bul go ki ,kal bi( special) and pork belly and some appetizers as well! Of course the drink was soju 🤤! The waitress needs to improve her English but she was nice and tried really hard to be helpful!

Was shocked by how generous the serving portions were. Great quality meat and the special really could feed 3, maybe 4 people! Enjoyed our meal and the service was quick and servers often came to check on us! Enjoyed the complimentary ice cream too! Fantastic. Can't wait to come eat here again!

A great Korean spot in the area, decent food and excellent service, the waitress was super nice to our toddler, we tried some Korean soups but will definitely try barbecue next time

Great food, friendly attentive service, quirky ambience. We had a party of 8. The meats were good quality. The seafood pancake was delicious. The pan fried dumplings were juicy in the middle and steam fried crispy skin. The dolsot bibim bop had all the right flavors and textures, especially the crispy rice. The beef and rice soup was flavorful with a clear beef broth. Ice cream bars for dessert. We were seated in a side room that had an abundance of sculptures and decorated masks on the wall. Very quirky. The staff was super friendly and the meal was served quickly. Come here if you want good Korean BBQ and don't need the upscale ambience.

Very nice Korean BBQ place! We ordered the set for two people and truly felt that it’s totally enough for four people...!! The food was good, and the marinated meat was very flavorful! The service was also pretty good that they even gave us some ice cream in the end of the meal. Recommended!

Genuinely such a hidden gem with amazing service and delicious food. It was honestly so cheap too, and they gave us complimentary soup, sides, and ice cream at the end. The portions are huge, so I have tons of left overs. I’m so glad I found this place. I can’t wait to go back soon.

This is definitely one of the best korean bbqs around. All the meat was very tender, the sides were all very flavorful and clean. The service was some of the best I've ever had. Would highly reccomend anyone who likes korean food or korean bbq to come here and try it out!

Great place for kbbq. Service is amazing. The kbbq meat quality is fantastic. I always get the beef tongue and the bulgogi and it’s my favorite dish. I’ve also tried their bibimpap which is great as well and affords me a second dish the next day. They also give free ice cream after the meal which is a nice perk.

My new favorite place to eat! Absolutely wonderful experience. Every bite was full of flavor. The staff was beyond friendly and treated us as family. Love the decor and the benches. My boyfriend and I had shared a pizza not too long before arriving. I was still hungry. He wasn't. So I just ordered something small for myself. It wasn't small at all! They started us out with some amazing appetizers. Then not only did I get soup with my meal, they also gave some to my boyfriend who didn't order. Then we were both given dessert at the end! Totally wasn't expecting all that! We both loved it so much and can't wait to come back and order more!

I came here the day before with my two co-workers. Awesome food, very friendly waiters, and a surprise dessert at the end. I've been trying different foreign foods and this was fantastic.

i used to come here when i was working nearby back in 2019. not only is the food fantastic, but the staff is super friendly. after a few visits i brought a date here and the waiter talked me up to her (in Korean), which i really appreciated haha.

i would always go for the dolsot bibimbap. sent friends here years later and they said the bbq was amazing, couldn't stop raving about the place.
