Let's be honest. People go out of their way to leave a bad review , but when is the last time you went out of your way to write a good one ? I had such a stellar experience at Universal Dental, that I actually am going out of my way to leave an honest review at 9:20pm when my appointment was over at 12pm! I experienced zero pain and the dentist asked me every step of the way if I was in pain. There was never a moment of my service that I experienced pain! This is the best dental experience I've ever had and I've been getting work done for years. I recommend this specific location to anyone. I'm so sorry I don't remember my dentists' name , but I'll be back with an update. Who would've thought I'd actually experience a pain free root canal ! Wow !!! This debunked all of the anxiety in my head. Thank you guys so much ! I will be bringing my son back !

They’re actually the best and always do a great job on my teeth. They most definitely need a raise!!! They were so welcoming and professional. I’ve seen so much progress thanks to them! The ortho assistant Noreen was the best! She always does such a good job on my teeth and is such a nice person. She’s always greeting me and my sister. I always look forward to seeing her. 😜😜

A month ago, I completed my orthodontic treatment, and I cannot express how pleased I am with the results. The doctor and his entire staff are extremely experienced and professional. My visits were always pleasant and quick. I have absolutely no complaints. I strongly recommend this facility for achieving the perfect smile! Hajaar and her staff are considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. The assistant, Ahmed, is extremely helpful and provides excellent advice for any questions you may have. In addition, he responds promptly to your inquiries. However, I've never had a negative experience overall, as the front desk staff and staff are always friendly, attentive, and helpful, and they always inform you of what to expect. Highly recommend this location.

Zaleaka was extremely kind, patient, and informative. She speaks with a welcoming tone which was calming because I have anxiety scheduling to the dentist. Thanks for helping me book my appointment!

Overall great job! Got in and out in about 30 minutes. The lady (Fatiah) was very kind, advised me some things, and was very caring about my dental health. It was a nice change of pace rather trying to get me in and out but explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable. I switched over to this location instead of Orland Parks.

Fatiha / Dental hygienist, was phenomenal, excellent and patient service. Very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of everything that needed to get done. Nice and easy process. This will be my home dentist from now on. She was the best!

The dental assistant assil was just absolutely amazing, she was very gentle and kind and as someone who is not very found of going to the dentist she made it a good expirence you guys need to hire more people like her.

I came to this clinic for the first time and had a excellent stay. They are so nice and had me in and out. I recommend this dentist for anyone. I also seen Dr.Tom @ Dr Fatiha they are really good specialist. I will be back soon

10 out of 10 service Mr. Omar was so sweet & gentle, & Dr.Tom is extreamly knowledgeable & knows exactly what he's doing, he was also friendly & took the time out to explain to me what's going on with my teeth & gum problems . I found my new Dentist:)

I had a great experience at universal dental. The staff is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Tom is the best! Professional and quick with his work. His assistant, Jumana, is very kind and helpful and made coming to the dentist a little less intimidating.

My hygienist Fatiha was so nice. She explained information from my last appointment I was still unclear on and even helped me come up with a new plan to keep my teeth healthy and for future appointments

OMG!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTAL CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED AS AN ADULT!! *CHEF'S KISS*
The entire staff is AMAZING. 💕💕 they got me in, gave me my appointment for my extraction after administering my antibiotics, and even WITH AN ACTIVE ABSESS that had been treated with need once and had ruptured, THEY STILL TOOK MY TOOTH BECAUSE THEY KNEW IF IT STAYED UNTIL THE ABSESS WAS "GONE" IT WOULD NEVER BE PULLED. I HIGHLY recommend them. It took longer for me to feel the numbing effects than the dentist WHO IS SUPER NICE AND RESPECTFUL, took to actually pull my completely cracked and broken tooth. He literally took 5 minutes to pull my tooth. In at 9am, literally walked out the dentist office at 9:45am with this pain forever gone. Just remember to keep the gauze in your mouth And put some cotton or tissue in the ear with þ side of the tooth you got pulled so you don't get a dry socket. 😎 I'm literally in heaven right now with this relief, and i Literally Just got my tooth pulled This morning 12/9/2022.

I like it at Universal Dental because you get the treatment and the care the patients deserve.

Dema is very professional dentist and she is always after performing a good quality job and always does a fabulous cleaning and treatment job, today I got my teeth cleaned by her, and as usual she doesn’t want to leave any area not treated, she is doing all this with patience and smile. These are the attributes for professionals in this sector, I love it.

Dr. Abdalarhman is one of the best. I enjoyed coming in and meeting him. He did an amazing job with my cleaning and explaining my X-rays. 👍
