I’ve been needing a durable, comfortable pair of tennis shoes for quite some time. I went into Browns and was immediately greeted by Erin. She was extremely friendly and personable. I was slightly intimidated by the selection of specialty brooks and Hokas, but Erin knew exactly what to do to meet my needs. She made this such a pleasant experience, and Browns will continue to get my business. Shop with Erin- she’s amazing.

I just wanted to share with All my experience while at Brown's Shoe Fit Co. If you are looking for any type of Work boots with Steel or Composite style work boots this is by far the place I would choose to get a very detailed fit. The staff that was there were extremely well knowledgeable with the boots they offer and take the time to ensure you get the Right fit and that is very important when you are on your feet all day. I didn't catch the name of the young man that helped us; but if he couldn't answer a question he went and got someone who could. We came here on a recommendation from another person because we had specific needs. We did make a purchase of the Thourogood brand boots and are very pleased with our purchase. I just want to make a special shout out to Belle and her co worker. They are Fantastic, and just a heads up if you're looking for Extra wide or those with a high instep or those with a narrow foot they can help you find nice looking foot wear these folks have what you need and will take the time to help you get that great look and you will have Happy Feet 😉

Just bought my second pair of shoes at Browns. There were three young people working and I'm not joking when I say they were working. Only one of them helped to stop me while the others kept at it.
The young lady that did stop to help was completely unfazed by my two small children that I had to bring in with me and actually helped me keep track of the different sizes while I shopped as quickly as I could.
Very happy to see everything that they've done since I've been in there last.

Super helpful, courteous and patient. My Ma is very difficult when it comes to shopping for shoes but the gentleman that's helped her the last two times is a heaven send. She loves her shoes but she also really likes this shoe store and says I'm only buying my shoes at Brown's. Thank You!

We recently started shopping at Brown's Shoe Fit. Their customer service is excellent. My wife had an issue with a pair of Brooks that she had worn for about 3 weeks and they took them back and put her in a different shoe. The other shoe (Also a Brooks) was a little more expensive so we just had to pay the difference. Because of that we will be lifetime patrons.

I went in to Brown's for the first time today, and I will definitely be back! Great service, very knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I will be recommending this store to my family and friends.

The best customer service I've ever had! This place is under new management and I am a customer for life. I usually don't write reviews because most of them are fake on the Internet. I'm a fitness junkie, Army National Guard member, and sheriffs deputy. I bought new balance 1080s and cushioning orthotics for my work boots. These are the best two purchases I've made in footwear in years.

I was extremely impressed with Browns. I've been to the Freeport and the Davenport store. Both stores were equally awesome. All their employees are very knowledgeable and took the time to find me the right product for my needs. Probably the best customer services I've gotten from anywhere. Between work and outdoor activities, I spend a lot of time on my feet and they were killing me. I went to the Davenport store looking for work shoes. He then recommended the Freeport store for a specific hiking boot they didn't have at that time. Both stores put me in the right shoes that no longer make my feet hurt. My family will now be buying our shoes from Browns.

Great place to buy shoes for my skinny narrow feet!! I buy my work shoes and sneakers from here. The salesperson are helpful and knowledgeable of the shoes that they are selling. This is an A+ A+ plus for me. I enjoy shopping here 😊
