Shoe Carnival

The store is not getting 5 stars because of there pricing or quality or any reason other than the fact that the man who was working there friday evening. There was a tall man working there who was honestly the kindest and most respectful retail worker I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I hope the manager sees this because this man deserves a raise and should be paid the highest the pay wall will allow.

Needed to exchange shoes I purchased online as I don't have a store near me. Very helpful and mailed the size I needed in another color to my house instead of having me travel to Rockford or Madison to another store. I really appreciated it as I was in town for my grandma's funeral after driving 5 1/2 hours.

Haven't shopped here before because I thought they were expensive. Boy was I wrong! Got a good pair of *waterproof* winter boots for $30! Better than Wally World!

There were no clowns, no elephants and no bearded women, but they did have nice shoes.

This store has very helpful staff and they are very nice. When i asked questions a nice young man answered them politely and showed me where shoes he would recommend. Do not believe shiloh bausman false accusations. Although hibbets is nice alternative to shoe carnival
