Great for adults AND kids! I went to Dentistry on Park for my annual cleaning and to address some concerns. I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Cheryl went above and beyond to help ensure there were no issues with my out-of-state insurance plan. She was delightful in the office, as well, in addition to being consistently friendly and helpful with my many billing questions! I received total transparency when it came to potential out of pocket costs. I had such a great experience with Dr. Maryam. She was friendly, kind, patient, knowledgeable, communicative and very skilled. I needed my first crown, and she made me feel totally comfortable. After my own experience, I decided to take my 7 year old twins here, as well. The dentist has always been a source of anxiety for my girls, but the calm setting and the energy/demeanor of the staff seemed to rub off on them. The cleaning and exam went incredibly smoothly. They both needed fillings, and I was quite nervous, since it would be their first time without nitrous (they each had one previous cavity, and we went to a pediatric dentist who used nitrous). Dr. Maryam is just magical!!! She was confident and kind, she made both of my girls feel comfortable and safe. They came out feeling proud and relieved, saying it didn’t hurt at all!! What a relief! I am still amazed at how easy and smooth Dr. Maryam made it for my kids!! This was 100% the best experience we’ve had at a dentist!

Dentistry on Park has worked miracles with my teeth. Dr. Douraghy always handles my teeth with skill and care, from filling cavities to polishing my teeth for my wedding, she is very transparent with the costs, and she has a calm and attentive manner which would put anyone at ease. Cheryl, the dental hygienist, is wonderful as well, and she has helped schedule some of the dental work I needed in order for me to get the most out of my insurance coverage. My husband and I both will continue go here, and we highly recommend Dentistry on Park for dental services.

She is not your average Dentist, she uses state of the art equipment and trust me, your teeth will look beautiful when she is done!

Dr. Douraghy and her staff are very passionate about their work, and they truly show how much they care for every patient that comes through that door. TL;DR The best dental experience I have ever had in 30+ years

The ratings don't lie.

When I moved to the Stoughton area, I was badly in need of dental work. As a disabled veteran, I finally had dental insurance for the first time since leaving the military and I had not been to a dentist in over five years. I chose DoP because of the rave reviews and the fact that people mentioned they are very non-judgemental. I think most of us have an aversion to the dentist, and it can leave us feeling pretty shameful when our mouth needs a lot of work (whether or not through negligence).

Let me tell you, boy did I make the right decision. The ladies at DoP are the best dental office I have ever dealt with. I actually looked forward to seeing them, catching up, and making progress towards getting my mouth back to square one. Let me break down my experience for those that appreciate more detail:

Dr. Douraghy
Not once did she make me feel embarrassed about the state of my mouth. She was kind and understanding. My very first appointment, she was able to look in my mouth and immediately point out previous work I had done, even pointing out where previous dentists had done a good job and where needed more work. She was able to formulate a treatment plan and was optimistic about getting me back to a place where I only needed maintenance.

She was always conservative in her treatment plan. There were several teeth that possibly needed crowns, but she would always approach it as a filling first (and always let me know ahead of time) and only after cleaning it up would assess if it needed to be a crown instead. She never did anything without explaining to me first and asking my permission.

I also like to ask lots of questions so I understand what is happening in my mouth, which may be annoying, but not once did she ever seem unwilling to pause and explain things. At one point, I needed a referral to a periodontist for surgery, and the doctor she referred me to happened to be the #1 rated periodontist in the greater Boston area, so that was a pleasant surprise (surgery went great by the way).

Cheryl
The other half of the dynamic duo. Cheryl might quite possibly be the sweetest person you will ever meet. She took care of all my cleanings in-between the heavy dental stuff. She is always friendly, genuinely excited to see you, and happy to report on the progress happening in your mouth. She is gentle when cleaning and the appointments always go by very fast and painlessly.

Cheryl also takes care of a lot of the billing-related stuff, so was always working with me to maximize my insurance benefits and minimize the out-of-pocket costs. This included delaying some procedures when there was low-risk of adverse outcomes so that I could have it done on my new plan year (and save money). Speaking of which, I maxed out two plan-years worth of dental benefits while a patient there, so that's a testament to how much work I've had done by them.

They also take Covid very seriously (as you would hope). I actually got Covid once while a current patient and had to cancel an appointment last second. They were super flexible in getting me in once healthy so that there wasn't a long delay in receiving my treatment. They also encouraged me to take an extra week longer than the CDC recommendations (I think it was 10 days at the time), just to play it safe. I see that as a good thing, as due to the nature of their jobs, they really don't want to risk catching it themselves. Cheryl also checked in on me at one point just to see how I was doing :)

Funny enough, I'm not even a patient of theirs anymore- I had to move cross-country for work. So please take this mini-essay as proof of their excellence; I get no benefit out of it other than helping others like myself. You will not regret trusting Dr. Douraghy and Cheryl with your dental needs- you will receive a superb service and you might just make some friends along the way!

I love everything about my trips to Dentistry On Park. I've never felt more confident that my teeth were receiving the absolute best possible care. Dr. Douraghy is a graceful wizard of her trade. Kind, gentle, fair but most important a consummate professional and an encyclopedia of dental knowledge. I wouldn't want my teeth treated by anyone else. And it's not just Dr. Douraghy, Cheryl and Donna seal the deal on having a great experience. It's also always a treat to see Dr. Mehregan in the office. Not only is he as handsome as they come he provides a another great range of expertise to the office, truly making Dentistry on Park able to address any dental need I may have. Would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Dr Douraghy for several years since she took over the practice of Dr Disharoon. I have been going to this practice for about 15 years. Dr Douraghy is an excellent dentist and is kind and compassionate. She and Cheryl are both terrific. I feel like they're friends and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

I have been meaning to write this for ages. I have never been happier at a dentist and feel so grateful I found Dr Douraghy. Not only is she keeping my teeth healthy she has made them more beautiful in appearance. Just with small recommended fixes here and there. Her expertise and meticulousness actually gave me the confidence to get veneers - something I have been wanting since my teens. And I am so happy with the outcome. Best of all she causes me no pain at any visit. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Always prompt professional and compassionate to your dental care. Make you feel they really appreciate your business and always careful to make you comfortable while doing dental procedures. Not a lot of places care they just want to get job done

I've been visiting Dentistry on Park for a long time (I just got a crown put on there today), and I can say with confidence that Dr. Douraghy and her staff are excellent. They are prompt and professional, but, more importantly, it's clear they care deeply that their patients are well-informed and comfortable at all times. Have had multiple good experiences with Dentistry on Park in the 3 times that I have gone! I first found them searching online and found their modern website easy to navigate for booking an appointment as well as being located not too far away in the center of Stoughton. Dr. Douraghy was so nice and pleasant to chat with after having great work done by the hygienist.

Visit Dentistry On Park, and I was very happy with their service. Very professional and warm welcoming. Appointments is never a problem, always make time to follow up as well as listen. I would recommend Dentistry On Park to anyone who is looking for a place of professionalism.

I found Dentistry on Park after a composite filling in my mouth, from another dentist, fell out. They do not take my insurance but the way they operate their billing actually felt more like they did accept my insurance vs other practices who have taken it. Essentially the paperwork experience here could not be easier or better.

As for the actual work... Dr. Douraghy has made me not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. I can’t even feel the needle injections when she has to give them. But this review is not just about the fact she keeps pain almost non existent. Dr. Douraghy treats people as people, not just a stream of clients. She takes her time to make sure you understand all the work that is going to be performed, and all options available, not just the one she recommends. She is the professional and I trust her judgement but it’s also nice to hear the other options available. The work performed has left my mouth feeling in the best shape it’s been for as long as I remember.

I can’t speak highly enough about this practice and very much recommend you make an appointment if you’re in need of a new dentist or unhappy with your current one. The office staff is incredible and everyone there seems genuinely happy and happy they are helping people.

Dr. Douraghy and her staff are all friendly and caring dental professionals who have consistently been extremely attentive and responsive: taking the time to answer all my questions, discuss treatment options, and explaining every procedure thoroughly and calmly at each appointment. Maintaining good dental health is important to me, and I trust Dr. Douraghy’s recommendations and appreciate the genuine warmth and kindness I am shown each time I am there. But most importantly, she is a highly skilled dentist who takes excellent (and painless!) care of my teeth!!
