Dunlap Public Library District

My wife and I moved here 2 years ago. I decided to get a library card. The staff was very helpful. Looking forward to using the facilities. Thanks for all your help.

Love taking our littles there to play, learn and pretend. Monthly Scavenger Hunts and great puzzle selection -- great book selection and children's support staff! All communities should be so fortunate!

I am a reader and have frequented libraries everywhere I have lived. This library is different. It is a 6 star library on a 5 star review. They have a children's library program that equips, encourages and develops learning using a whole brain approach. It isn't just a story time reading. They DO things. Today my kids are excited to go to deconstruct and examine something. We don't know what yet. Saturday we went and made Father's Day cards. Friday, there was an invention lab. Today is Tuesday, and I just realized we missed Bingo again! All of these activities are in addition to traditional story time readings. And for adults, it is just as full with fun book clubs, craft workshops, walking groups. There is a teen space with comfy spots to lounge, video games and board games. My son attended a Minecraft Club this spring. Really, all of this just barely scratches the surface. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The clientele is diverse. They have books representing all different cultures. This library is a 6 out of a possible 5.

Huge collection of books. Lot of play options for kids . They can play with LEGO or play with other toys. They have a 3D printer for public printing, you can bring your own model and they will convert it to .stl file and help you print.

I'm always pleased that librarians can always answer my questions and help me! Just quickly printed off a document that my home printer refused to do!

Perfect library, not very huge but serves the purpose. Courteous staff and organized collection. Great to take your kids as its mostly not crowded.

The staff are always willing to help and theres things for the kids to do big and little the kids love it
