The people who work here are bitter. Was insured here for 2 years and on the 2nd going onto the 3rd year, I asked to regenerate a quote to see if I could get a better deal since my quote jumped significantly in between. (I should mention nothing was against my license.) But nope - Better deal outside of this place was for sure. Once they knew I wasnt going to stay was when they were bitter. Eventually I found a new plan which sent the cancellation letter to President's Insurance Agency with Travelers in Quincy, MA. I didnt realize there was an equity date that created a small balance ($40.25) where the only explanation on the invoice was "Policy period: Cancelled" which looked like they charged a cancellation fee. But I only found out what it was when I called Travelers directly. When I called Presidents Insurance just before... they were too bitter to give me an answer. Rude! Anyway... after weeks of back and forth...I paid the balance on the day it was due. My payment posted after the due date. And I noticed a collection letter. This place sent me to collections after one late payment when the entire 2+ years I was with them I was in autopay!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE COVERAGE. Keep shopping shoppers. That or find another Travelers agency because the women that work here are bad at what they do.

Called twice. No returned call. Business must be good!
