Sears Hometown Store

Little late to review. I purchased a lawn mower from Jake this past fall; however, after seeing some reviews I wanted to share my experience. I purchased a new house with a lot of lawn that needed the proper piece of equipment to keep it maintained. Many places I looked for a mower were sold out, backordered, overpriced, or just didn't have what I was looking for. I reached out to Jake and he had exactly what I wanted. He put it on hold for me and was even able to get the attachments that I also wanted. Delivery was fast and flawless. He spent the time to make sure I understood on how to operate and maintain the mower before he left. With how short staffed retail stores have been throughout the pandemic it was very nice to have the owner of the store spending as much time as he did to help me with my new purchase.

Very decent service, very informative about the products, about what you would expect price wise compared to other local appliance stores. Prices aren't as good as places like Lowes however the service makes up for it

Been coming to this Sears store for years, and Everytime is spot on professional. We replaced every appliance,and countless other items without ever any issues. A true asset to this community Sears is.....

Immediately greeted with friendly service. Pointed to the item I was requesting and they carried it to the register for me. In and out with exceptional service.

I have always loved Sears. so sad to see them all closing down. sad to think of a day when you won't have any place to go shopping and be able to see what your buying
