Some of the nicest guys we've ever met. We just went in to look at electric bikes and they let us take an E Bike for a spin down the rail trail. Gorgeous ride. I would definitely do business with them.

Very helpful staff. Went in looking for a saddle for my Cannondale Treadwell. Tried one that didn’t work. Easy exchange and got another that was very comfortable based on their recommendation. Nice selection of bikes also.

This was the best purchasing experience I've ever had. The owner is an amazing person and made my journey into the sport much easier. I am all set up to ride now and would recommend this store 10/10 to anyone I came across looking to get into the sport or an experienced rider to get set up on a new bike.

I bought a couple of bikes here today on my first visit and it's an amazing place. Stock was amazing, especially considering current bike shortages. Chris knows what he's talking about and was extremely helpful getting bikes picked out that fit and are comfortable. Absolutely worth a trip to Alma if you're in the market

Great customer service!!! Chris and crew run a great shop. I had been in contact with him regarding a hike for my wife, knowing that shipments are slim. He gave me the information that he had. We made the two hour trip to Alma to try out a bike not thinking it would work out but hoping to confirm the same bike in a different size would be her choice when available. Chris had my wife try out the bike he had available. He took the time to explain the features and made sure she was comfortable with it and we ended up buying it. He also took his time to make sure we had all of the other parts and apparel for all of our family's bike needs. I have been buying bikes at Terry's for almost 30 years and will continue to do so.

Chris and team did a great job communicating my options and timeline for what I thought was a simple tune up need for the shifter.

They found and repaired the broken spoke that caused my brake pulsation, tuned up the shifting, and installed the new seat I had selected far quicker than they had forecast. Best of all, they'll allow me try the seat and exchange it if it doesn't work for me!!!

I bought my bike from here like 5 years ago it's still the coolest bike I've ever seen I love riding it and showing it off they were very reasonable on the price and very helpful and kind I go back whenever I need some work done on my bike I trust them completely
