I never go in here because I assumed they didn’t carry my size. My wife and I decided to check it out today. The staff was super helpful. Jamie helped my wife, kept bringing her more clothes to the dressing room. Lol, so I didn’t have too. Jacob showed me so many pairs of jeans, I told him my size he picked through them all to find the perfect ones. Those two sales reps definitely went above and beyond. We will definitely return. Jenn is absolutely fabulous! She is a manager is her passion for fashion and her job shines with the customer service she delivers. She listened to what I was looking for and gave me tons of options! As I tried everything on she took the time to check up and gave me other similar items she thought I'd like. It was perfect. I left with many new Outfits and updates my wardrobe. The other associates helped too and were enjoyable to talk to as well. This store and their team delivers.

I met a great guy at great lakes crossing he was friendly and helpful. I was looking for some cowboy boots loved the selection and he showed me how to download app and be able to get whatever I wanted which was alot great merchandise

Loved our visit today! Jen and alex were great! We had been to a few different stores in the mall and were getting discouraged. Being a lil on the heavier side we were having problems finding nice clothes in our size. We came in to this store and right away greeted with smiles and positive attitudes. Alex and jen helped us both find a couple nice outfits each. Thank you for turning our shopping experience a complete 180 to a positive experience.

In a time when most stores don't greet or even acknowledge your presence when you walk in, The Buckle goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service! On our recent trip, Lauren greeted us as soon as we walked in, provided feedback on sizes, and quickly got us into a fitting room. Although she suggested a few things as we browsed, she never made me feel pressured. She was knowledgeable of how several different types of jeans fit, and even picked the correct size and fit for me on the first try. This level of customer service is what will keep us coming back!

My very first time going to this place. They were super busy, but helped as much as they could with my needs of finding new clothes. They took every precaution with social distancing and wearing their mask. It may be expensive going here but the styles are worth it.
