I wish I got the sale person's name because she was amazing! I knew exactly what I wanted and she quickly grabbed me a pair to try on. She also brought out additional options in case I wasn't happy with the Dr. Martens. Thanks for selling me on the Dr. Marten care kit as well. I can't wait to clean up my existing pair and use it to keep my new ones sharp!

Great experience. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked thru the door. They also gave me great recommendations based on my input. I could tell that they listened to what I was looking for. When they faced a potential issue, they quickly offered a way to solve the situation.

Staff is great, but I'm not much of a fan of their brand of shoes except maybe some the crocks and uggs. But their very helpful and patient with their customers.

Great shoes,boots, sandals, etc... sometimes you can find really good deals. If they don't have your size in store they can check their computer to see if there are any available, if they find any they ship free (usually) to your house. Lots of cool brands: Roxy, ugg, DC, Converse, Doc Martin, Puma, Vans, etc...

Not very good selection

Went in to purchase a pair of Docs. The employees were friendly but stood closely over me after giving me a box of my size. I initially moved to a different spot because I don't like my feet, and it's weird having a stranger watch you try on shoes? (Not to mention COVID.) So I waited for some space but was never given any, and eventually the employee even questioned why I was just looking around. I repeatedly explained that I was uncomfortable and am capable of trying on shoes without someone else's involvement. I'm not sure if they thought I was going to walk out with the shoes or what, which is insulting in and of itself, (or maybe they work on commission?) but it was an off-putting enough experience that I just left empty-handed. There is a difference between being helpful and being overbearing, and completely disregarding someone's personal boundaries. I hope that employees recognize and respect this in the future. I ended up going to DSW after my experience where I was able to try the shoes on by myself, in peace, like an adult. And they got my business because of it.

This store is trash. They have good employees then bad employees. The store manger named Katie I believe is terrible. She pushes her employees I've seen it with my own eyes and they don't say anything to her. I guess I get it she's the manger but she is so rude. She complains a lot to be a grown woman in her 40s. And I go to this mall a lot and talk to people from different stores apparently no one likes her. And it seems like her employees change every three weeks. And when I come in the store manger gives me a nasty look. This store needs better management. When the black lady was in charge this store was great. Everyone was nice.

I can literally write a book about the things that goes on at this journeys but Cara the store manager is very unprofessional doesn’t know how to talk to her employees unless she’s in front of her boss she lies and makes broken promises to her employees I’m a former manager and tonight I got a call from a minor that works there she was scared and uncomfortable around the manager that was on duty he made comments to her saying “when you turn 18 I’m going to spoil you”..then he sent her pictures on facebook messenger I asked her did she contact the store manager “Cara” she said yes but Cara told her that they were just going to wait it out..wait for what exactly..til he touches her or worse?? So I went up there and her parents and the police were called and reports were taken it’s just scary that the store manager Cara wasn’t going to take this seriously and was just going to brush it under the rug in my eyes she looks just as bad and guilty as him

Cara was the manager that helped me. Extremely rude woman. She talked down to me like I’m stupid. She literally talked to me in a slow voice as if I can’t understand her. She should be fired. I will drive elsewhere for future purchases to avoid this terrible manager Cara. Fix your attitude lady.
