Dr. Kelly is one of the finest doctors that I have ever met. She treats you like you are her only patient, and cares tremendously for everyone. My husband and I have had more than one specialist say to us how smart and accurate her assessment of our problems were before they even evaluated us. She is just the best! Highly recommended!

If you have been a patient of Dr. Carmel Kelly you will have been given excellent professional treatment. The caring and concerned attitude of Dr. Kelly gives a patient confidence and trust in her diagnosis. She has been my primary doctor for many years. I recommend her with complete confidence.

Dr Kelly has been my primary care physician for over 25 years, the experience has been nothing but outstanding, I consider her almost like a sister. She has solved every health issue I have ever encountered.

My experience here was awfully frightening. The significantly older lady in the front, the office manager, was very rude to me because I walked in, but apparently they’re only going by appt which I didn’t know. That could have been communicated differently, but she proceeded to talk loudly and speak over me when I asked for help. She also expressed that she was annoyed with my walking in (yes, I was very surprised) and proceeded to remind me of her position title of “office manager,” although no one had asked. No one attempted to provide further help. Staff closed the window (at the help desk) in my face when I requested my paperwork back. As a matter of fact, Dr. Kelly was present for it all and did absolutely nothing to de-escalate the anger of the office manager. Kelly then stated “I’m not going to interfere.” Clearly, she did not care in the slightest. Unsurprisingly, the final papers were documented INCORRECTLY. Another example of what it means to be loud & wrong. I am dreading having to return here for another attempt in receiving proper paperwork. My advice to others would be to pray for peace & understanding before entering this office of fire and brimstone.

Was my daughter’s pedi. My daughter is 2. Waiting over an hour at every appt was ridiculous especially when she was sick. She also told me to google dosage for ibuprofen when I called because she had a temp of 103. I’ve never had a doctor recommend to google anything. Today I complained to her about the wait, appt at 2 doc came in at 3. My daughter had a high fever the past couple days so hadn’t been sleeping well. I told her I respect her time so I come ontime or early and I expect her to respect my time as well and call if she’s running an hour behind. Her response was “Well you can go to another doctor”. We finished the appointment and she gave my daughter a vaccination but was quite brutal in the delivery. I was SHOCKED! She SCREAMED! I said you could have done that a bit gentler. She said “Well she was moving. We seem to be at an impass anyway”. !!!! Unreal! She also had to google about whooping cough when I thought my daughter might have it. She knew nothing and her excuse was that she’s only had one patient have it in 20 years of practice. This lady is unprofessional and I’m not sure she should be a pediatrician. At every appointment she also asks me if I pray or I’m religious which I find inappropriate for a doctor. I’d be willing to wait if I felt confident in her knowledge but I DO NOT recommend her for a child’s doctor.
