The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum is the nicest of the 6 Presidential Libraries I’ve been to.

Little Know fact of the 5 or 6 buildings with a Presidential Seal JFK Commissioned the one in Boston’s historic Custom House which sits on Freedom Trail. Look up in the rotunda.

The John F. Kennedy Library has a modern art feel to the building design and the interior is clean and well lit. Even the bathrooms were clean.

The staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There are a plethora of interesting historical displays on his election, time in office, wife’s roll and beautiful dresses as well as NASA Freedom 7 display.

Many of the displays and halls are designed to replicate the Whitehouse during his time in office.

I visited on Dec 26th. We were anxious about the parking as some said it’s limited. At least when we went, it was only 70% full.

The visit was really great. This museum is underrated. We spent 3-4 hrs in the place. The museum staff is very polite especially the guy at the cafe. The toilets are extremely clean. We had a great time.

Very powerful experience. I haven’t visited many presidential libraries to compare to but this one is extremely thorough and informative. Much is said about the end of JFK’s life so I loved the opportunity to learn more about his life and presidency and be reminded of details I had forgotten. I appreciated the layout, with an introductory short film and then several pods on different parts of his life so you can go in any order you want and I think that helps avoid congestion/waiting. A great mixture of artifacts, video, and items from decades past, I highly recommend paying the JFK Library a visit

Wonderful museum that is well kept. Had a great time learning about JFK and his contributions to the US. The only downside was the T ride down here. A bit of a trek from downtown Boston.

Probably my favorite museum in Boston - very well laid out with a short 20 minute film to start the tour. Staff were friendly

Fantastic museum with great exhibits, super informative. I definitely learned a lot. The building itself it also beautiful and the Pavilion has fantastic views. Keep in mind there is a free shuttle to the museum from the JFK/UMASS train station. I only learned about that when I was leaving the museum.

Fascinating journey through JFK's life and political career, with very informative and engaging exhibits and videos. The building itself is a marvel -- I could've simply stayed in the breathtaking atrium for the whole time and be satisfied. Surrounding grounds also have beautiful and relaxing views of the harbor. Staff was very friendly, and the small cafe had very reasonably priced sandwiches and salads that were quite good.

The main drawback is getting here, especially if you're staying in downtown Boston or Cambridge and hope to use public transit. You have to take the Red Line to the JFK stop (which is a long T ride from Harvard Square), then switch to a free bus shuttle. We ended up using Uber instead.

Fantastic museum with Disney-quality walk through exhibits bringing you right into the time and place talked about. Gorgeous building. Great, small, cafe. Definitely worth doing while in Boston.

Only oddity is a lot of documents on display are facsimiles and not true originals, so the number of true artifacts is limited.

You get a closer look at one of the most inspirational and charismatic leaders of the country. The short videos on Kennedy life and Cuban missile crisis are very informative. Plan to spend about three hours.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in Boston is an absolute must-visit! The exhibits are incredibly engaging and offer a comprehensive look into JFK’s life and presidency. From the Cuban Missile Crisis to the space race, each display is meticulously detailed and thought-provoking. The museum also houses fascinating personal items, including a coconut shell with a rescue message from JFK’s WWII days and his beloved sailboat, Victura.

The architecture of the I.M. Pei-designed building, set on a picturesque waterfront, adds to the overall experience. The views of the Boston skyline and harbor are breathtaking. Whether you’re a history buff or just looking for an inspiring outing, this museum won’t disappoint. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Boston!

I knew very little about JFK before our visit.
Wow, I was blown away by this museum.
We took a guided tour, highly recommended. We then revisited the tour on our own to take in everything again.
Would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Boston. We took an Uber as public transport isn’t overly accessible for this location

As a certified Boomer, I loved the stroll down memory lane, There were several historical events I enjoyed, such as JFK's inaugural address. I was excited to watch Jackie's White House Tour that was broadcast in 1962 on CBS; I've always wanted to watch it, and finally had the chance. (Too bad it isn't in a place that allows you to sit while watching the one-hour(?) program!)

A must visit for anyone taking a trip to Boston. Stunning piece of history presented in an amazing way. The show right in the beginning sets the tone of the journey. The collection are presented in a way that is all you have to do is to follow the corridor exiting the movie hall. Amazing. The area surrounding the library and museum is even better. There are small pier, some really nice grassy picnic area, walk along the harbor. This place will never bore. Awesome 👌

The Library is very informative and goes over the key successes of the Kennedy administration. The museum is fairly non partisan and has many well-made informative videos that educate you on the time period. One of the best parts of the museum is a showcase of artifacts at the museum. The artifact is displayed in a case, given a description, and and image shows the artifact in use during some sort of ceremony.

Informative and fun! Definitely would recommend!

A great journey through JFK's life as it happened, with fascinating artefacts on exhibit, and interesting informative films offering lots of information. Quite poignant reaching the end. All housed in a beautiful building. Reasonable price too!

JFK was amazing during his short life. He did so much for this country that most would not even know without visiting this museum. There are a few short movies and videos throughout that help explain and show his life. Military enter free.

Impressive, the exhibition and the man. The White House atmosphere, and all the original footage and memorabilia make it an historically sensational experience.
We learned a lot about JFK and his vision and are thankful for that.

Didn't know what to expect, but I ended up loving this museum. The location is amazing, right on the water. The trail along the harbor is lovely. The museum is a work of art. The Pavillion is spectacular! I learned so much about JFK. The journey starts in the theather, where he narrates his younger years all the way to his democratic nomination.

There is both a self guided or guided tour. I chose self guiding because I took a lot of time reading, watching, and taking photos, but the woman giving the guided tour was very knowledgeable and gave her group a lot of time to explore.

When the movie ends, you head to the museum, which takes you through his entire campaign and presidency. There are wonderful movies, his inaugural speech, amazing artifacts, documents, and photographs. You will see the recreation of his oval office and his amazing desk. There are several rooms dedicated to Jackie and one for his brother Bobby.

I had an amazing day exploring. There is a cute little cafe with amazing views as well. The gift shop was sadly being worked on, so I missed out on that. I can't recommend this museum enough.

A wonderful look at the man and his presidency. Very informative.
Went late in the day. Got in right before the 3:00 cut off. There were no lines and not crowded.
