I love working in the Garden Center at Home Depot. Worker's are very friendly and helpful. "Natural Beauty Grower's LLC"

They were so helpful and kind here, from shoping and special orders to loading our stuff. Baby fell asleep on me while at checkout and they helped with everything. No more Menards for us, this is the place to go!

Home Depot Albert Lea is our favorite place to shop. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. We shop there so often that I would have to write 20 reviews on 20 employees! They are all exceptional.

Super cool except… they do not have one single chainsaw that is gas powered. All electric. How are you going to be the coolest department store and Not have a gas ran chainsaw anywhere in your store??? I’m confused. And the mowers out front are super tiny and way over priced. Where are the trailers? Brought someone here and they attempt to steal something I never bring a person here again ! Theft is wrong. Is corruption!

Always find what I want. Tool prices are rising though, everywhere...

I like to place curbside pick-up orders and this Home Depot is by far the most friendly, helpful, efficient and well-stocked. Prices are very reasonable and often times they have very good deals. If I have to go in store, there's always someone to help - especially at the checkouts as most of them are self checkouts and can be a little goofy, but there's always someone available to help. Highly recommend this Home Depot!

Huge shout out to Brianna B I had a major problem with a toolbox that I bought, and she and Albert Lea had nothing to do about it, but she guided me in the right direction, and took care of it, and so much more definitely did more than I could ever ask for definitely worth an hour round trip for customer service like this!!!!!! Very nice place and people at this chain hardware store. We are especially thankful to Blake in wood and Kathy in paint for their help and expertise. This store is one of the best Home Depot's we have ever been to.

Home Depot is always great, but today was extra great. They were giving customers ice cold bottles of water when they came in to offset the 90+degree temps. What a nice and unexpected surprise. Great customer service!!!!!

Store clean, I picked up paint. The young man was very helpful and explained what paints colors could be 5 gal increments.
The gal with blonde short hair who assisted us in purchasing a refrigerator was so helpful. We were not happy folks when we found out you can't buy and take. That only applies to clearance items. When we left we were happier.

Everytime im in the area I like to stop at the home depot. I enjoy just walking around and discovering their new sales they're running. Every time I end up leaving with something that I find on sale for a good price. And the team members are always friendly and the store is always well up kept!

Home Depot of ALBERT LEA, MN. One of the best experiences in shopping in such a large facility. My wife and I had several items to look for. We were greeted with very helpful information and a sincere feeling for our satisfaction. We had several workers assisting us, but JOHN and I crossed paths a few times. Great job! Look forward to our next venture to the Store. Thank-you, smiles in other stores are sometimes hard to find.

Had a very positive experience shopping for window treatments. The sales clerk, Janine, went above and beyond customer service to show us a variety of blinds and shades. She computer customized a variety of options for us. She was very sweet and very helpful. She is a real asset to Home Depot. Thanks, Janine.

Called to ask for the stock on a couple items. The first one was not in stock and when I asked to check another, this lady acted like i F'd up her whole month. This was my first bad experience here so they still get 5 stars, but this woman needs to understand that the website doesn't show stock, it doesn't say they dont stock it and people dont want to drive 2 hours just to find out its not in stock. Be a little more polite Lady!! If she was polite, i would have ordered it, but I will order elsewhere. Overall pretty good store. Cant give the whole place a bad review because this lady doesn't understand she is in customer service.

Always a pleasure doing business with home depot. Until the COVID-19 comes in to town then we went into Home Depot without masks and one employee says " No, you have to wear a mask" we graciously declined and he turned around and told his co-worker "that's a $100 fine per person!"

I was in the store today looking for appliances and wasn't sure of what I needed.Becky the appliance specialist was beyond helpful.she took the time to look up items online that would meet my needs.I ordered my appliances and Becky explained everything I needed to get the appliances delivered.Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Becky.I hope she can be commended for her excellent customer service.
