Customer Service Technician, Jeremy, was very patient and stayed focused to task. He resolved all of my immediate concerns and gave directions for additional questions. He is definitely a “go the extra mile” person and personable in his service to your concerns.

The representative I had was great! He was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped me with a difficult activation process on an Apple Watch. Which in the end was just a fluke with the plan activation for the watch. I would’ve never been able to figure out the problem on my own. The help was greatly appreciated!

We would like to commend Holly on her incredible customer service and helpful friendly manner. She persevered and helped set up our phone even when there were obstacles and complications from our account. She was amazing!

We purchased a JBL Bluetooth Charge 5 speaker at the AT&T store here in Albert Lea, MN. Holly (a great sales person) was the best in getting us all set up with our new “toy”!! She is very knowledgeable and professional at what she does!! Holly is highly recommended if you want to purchase a cell phone or any other accessories!! Thank you Holly!! 👍🏻

W recently switched from Verizon to AT&T. The closest location is in Albert Lea, MN, which is over an hour drive for us. On Thursday we had to make the trip as my phone just stopped working. We showed up at the store around 6pm, and the store closed at 7pm. Casey was assisting a mother and her 2 girls with all new phones. When he was finished he set me up with a new phone, phone case, pop-socket, camera protector, and also hooked me up with some AirPods. Since we showed up an hour before closing and he was setting up 3 devices before we arrived, assisting me carried over past closing time. Casey stayed past closing to ensure all of our needs were met. He never once made me feel rushed in making my decisions or that I wasn’t a valued customer. Casey gave us his full attention and put off his closing duties. Although we were considerate of the time and completed the phone set up, it still put Casey over an hour past closing. Right up to the time we left, he made sure we were all set and even gave us his contact information in case we needed anything. A closer location will be opening near us, however, because of Casey’s top notch service we will continue to make the drive!

My son and I stopped here to look at phones and maybe upgrade the one he had. Stopping here was the best choice we made. Holly saved the day for us. She was highly skilled and a joy to talk with. She went above and beyond what we could of ever expected! Thank you Holly!! And the Samsung S23 ultra made my son's day! He loves it!! Just anyone looking for help with ideas 💡 go to that store they will put the time and effort into your needs. And if they are with someone else be patient because you will get the same effort when it's your turn... thank u Holly!!

Casey was so nice and helpful that I asked him to marry me!!
I had a big problem with my Galaxy 8+ phone. I came in on Wednesday and saw Chris, he referred me to Casey. (Thank God for Casey.)
I left my phone there and he worked on it and worked on it. He was very kind and patient and didn't make me feel in any way stupid for not backing up and not having all my ducks in a roll. He was able to restore most of my data and contacts.
I will be forever grateful to Casey and his colleagues!!
I will be returning for my future problems (when they occur) and buy a new phone from them sometimes down the line.
It was the best service by Casey and the Albert Lea store that I have ever had in my travels.

AT&T store in Albert Lea is the best! Everyone there is great! Casey Tabor is who I worked with the most. I had such a mess going with an independent agent from a Wal-Mart store. Casey was able to fix everything and get me hooked up with 3 more lines and phones. Plus upgrade my phone. I even got some accessories. And after I got home Casey called and said he found a screen protector in the box my phone came in. I had purchased one. He said he was going to credit me. He wouldn't have had to bother to do that. I wouldn't have known the difference.. That is good customer service. That shows he cares about the customer I will only go to Albert Lea from now on.

Casey saved the day. I had a bad experience with Jason at Crossroads Rochester. He was unwilling to help me get my service fixed. Jason had me drive down stayed late and had my phones working perfectly when I left. Best customer service I have encountered in a long time! He deserves a raise!

Casey was very helpful. He has so much knowledge of all of the items in the store. Super nice guy.

After an awful experience at the Rochester Crossroads(check out the Google review for them)location we reached out to the Albert Lea location for some help getting a plan and phones working. They were Fabulous! THANK YOU CASEY for going the extra mile, staying late, and getting everything fixed and working...you're a Superhero in my book! Buy that man lunch and give him a RAISE!!

Casey at the AT&T Albert Lea MN store has provided FANTASTIC customer service TWO times. I live in KS and my sister lives near Austin. Having a caring phone expert available in Albert Lea bridges the distance. Plus neither of us are spring chickens, so Casey's patience is beneficial.

First time in May 2021, my sister had been without phone service for 3 months. Casey moved my sister's phone from Verizon onto my AT&T phone plan quickly and efficiently. Throughout the process, he demonstrated patience and humor. He took extra care to ensure my sister could place and get calls. He reviewed my plan and identified an available discount.

Second time was today 11/30/2021. My sister's phone had died before Thanksgiving. Her niece took the broken phone to AT&T in Rochester on Black Friday and got the run around. I ended up filing a claim with Asurion. After receiving the replacement, Jan's niece spent an evening trying to activate the replacement phone with no luck. Today my sister and her niece went to AT&T in Albert Lea. Luckily, Casey was there and SAVED THE DAY. He identified that Asurion had sent a lesser phone than the broken one. He identified the 'free' Galaxy Z Flip3 Phone as an option. Casey reviewed my plan and asked if I had ever worked for in a medical field. I had and I now have a 25% discount! After activation, Casey attempted a download from the cloud which did not work because no backups had been done. He then came up with an alternative solution, connecting the old phone to the new one for data transfer. The transfer was time-consuming, because at 79 my sister is not diligent about deleting old texts or photos. Now it was past closing time and Casey went above and beyond to ensure the transfer was completed and that my sister would have a working phone this evening.

Relatively fast, and definitely easy switching to an AT&T plan! Casey was very helpful in choosing phones, plans, accessories and getting it all set up for us. We get good service now- even in the country!

We took our new phones to Albert Lea so they could help us get them setup. Jordan and John went out of their way to make sure we were able to get everything done without having issues even though we hadn't purchased our phones from them. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Had called around to 9 store and none of them had the Samsung S21ultra in stock. I had just broke my S10+ and needed a new one right away. I called up and spoke to Casey. He said they had one in stock. When I got there he already had it ready to go. Was able to help me with my plan as well and got me in and out of the store in 30 minutes which was amazing as I am from Coloradp and it takes at least 2 hours at the store to get anything done. Very happy way to go guys.
